Λόγω βλάβης του καραβιού (επί 2 εβδομάδες τουλάχιστον...) μας άλλαξαν το δρομολόγιο για μία μέρα πριν, βραδινές ώρες (20:40) ενώ είχαμε κλείσει πρωινό δρομολόγιο, σε καράβι με κατάστρωμα. Όταν πήγαμε να κάνουμε check in, είδαμε ότι μας είχαν αλλάξει ξανά τις ώρες, για 23:40, χωρίς ειδοποίηση. Το καράβι εν τέλει ήρθε 00:40. Η στάση των εργαζομένων ήταν απαράδεκτη, χωρίς την πρόθεση να μας "αποζημιώσουν" κάπως για την ταλαιπωρία, ειδικά αν σκεφτεί κανείς ότι ταξιδεύαμε με ένα μωρό 8 μηνών... Επιπλέον έχουν απαίσιες συνθήκες για τα κατοικίδια, με άθλια κλουβάκια, σε ένα μικροσκοπικό κατάστρωμα, στο οποίο δεν μπορεί να μείνει και ο ιδιοκτήτης. Μακριά...
Horrible company. Due to a damage to the boat (for at least 2 weeks ...) they changed our itinerary for the day before, in the evening (20:40) while we had booked a morning itinerary, on a boat with a deck. When we went to check in, we saw that our times had changed again, for 23:40, without notice. The boat finally came 00:40. The attitude of the workers was unacceptable, without the intention to "compensate" us for the inconvenience, especially if one thinks that we were traveling with an 8-month-old baby ... In addition, they have awful conditions for pets, with miserable cages, on a tiny deck , in which the owner can not stay. Far away...
