Nice breakfast buffet, however for lunch options very little flexibility for vegetarians and options are pretty much limited to french fries or salad. Room was nice and clean, unfortunately, we were given a room at the end of the hallway and therefore close to all machines at night there was a constant noise of a generator (room 208), we were unable to sleep and informed the hotel after our first night. They were not accommodating at all and did not suggest any solution, at first disregarding our complaints (saying that everything was normal) and then giving us ear plugs. I understand the hotel was fully booked however for a five-star hotel I would have appreciated a gesture towards us. We had booked for 6 nights but actually had to leave the hotel after four (not reimbursed) because the noise was unbearable and we could not sleeping, the hotel made no gesture besides briefly apologizing. Further, hotel staff was not very friendly, for instance at times passing by without greeting us or even when you pass by the reception hall they don't even look at you or greet you.

My girlfriend and I stayed there for 3 nights. The hotel was built very recently, everything feels fresh and new. The room was perfect with just a small downside: the bathroom is rather small and not well ventilated which causes some humidity issues. The breakfast was amazing as well. What I liked the most about this hotel was the staff. Everybody was extremely friendly and helpful. Do not hesitate to ask the concierge for tips on where to eat and what to do. He gaves us great options!

Amazing sunset views away from the crowds. Great cocktails and food. I could sit at the outdoor bar all night! Excellent service.

This is a little gem just minutes away from Oia, Santorini. The team of staff makes you feel like you’re visiting friends. Be sure to ask for Eleni (She is one of the concierge). She will take care of all your needs. She made our trip not only pleasurable but memorable.

The Secret View Hotel was our last stop on our 2 1/2 week honeymoon trip and it exceeded all of our expectations. They pulled out all of the stops to make us feel welcome and make sure we had an amazing time in Santorini. The entire staff was welcoming and friendly but we really owe our exceptional experience to our Guest Services person, Alex and driver, Harry. These two are not only true professionals but we now consider them friends. From the moment we stepped off the ferry Harry was in the front with a sign waiting to pick us up and made us feel welcome. On the drive to the hotel he spent time telling us some facts and history about the island which we appreciated. Then after checking into the hotel, they brought us over to the bar where the bartender welcomed us with two of their signature cocktail drinks. Alex then pulled us aside asking us about what we would like to do during our stay, offered suggestions and even helped us book all of our activities and reservations. After that, Alex showed us to our room and showed us where everything was. There was even a bottle of champagne waiting in the room for us. We decided to book a private driver and tour with Harry and Alex and that was the highlight of our trip. Alex has a wealth of knowledge about Santorini and showed us some really cool spots on the island we wouldn’t have known to go to ourselves. We had the best day ever with them both and didn’t want the tour to end! One night we decided to eat dinner at the hotel restaurant and the food was amazing. The waiter spent time detailing what was in each dish we were about to eat. It felt like everyone was really going above and beyond. When we were checking out I noticed this sign “philoxenia” and the description describes the people at this hotel to a tee. We have stayed at 5 star hotels and have never experienced the friendliness and personal attention to detail as we have here. We will continue to come back and visit in the future as long as Harry and Alex are here!

Wow! This hotel exceeded all expectations. Stunning views of the the iconic Santorini Sunset. My husband and I stayed here for our Honeymoon. I have to say the service at this hotel was perhaps the best ever experienced at a hotel of this price range. The staff really go above and beyond to make sure you have not only a great stay at the resort but a great stay on the island. They really consulted with us to make sure all our planned activities went smooth and also helped us with excellent recommendations, reservations, and even helped us to rent a car and had it delivered right to our hotel. The staff is so professional and truly kind. They really felt like friends. Elany in the office was truly an angel. Our trip was truly made special because of their efforts. In addition to great service. The hotel has a wonderful breakfast. Okay Lots of options and all very fresh and delicious. The bartenders and servers were very skilled and friendly. We also enjoyed an excellent dinner at the White Rock Hotel and got to enjoy a session at the spa. This hotel really has it all!

Everything about this hotel was great. There was not one complaint at all. Friendly staff, great room, amazing view. The walk to Oia is around 10 minutes but it's nice to be way from the hustle of the town in my opinion.

Stayed here for my honeymoon and it was excellent! The staff were all super friendly and very helpful. It is about a 20 minute uphill walk to the major area with all the shops and restaurants. Get a stunning view of the ocean. Very clean and comfortable rooms.
