β β β β β Maria, Katerina and Nina welcomed us in a stunning way! We spent 10 wonderful days in Chania and Crete. The Hotel, situated in the lovely old town, is new and easy to reach by foot. The room was very well furnished, clean, spacious and cared in each detail. Really impossible ask more!

β β β β β We were not able to fly to Greece in 2020 when our flight was canceled due to the pandemic. We have reached out to the Sette venti 6 times since then trying to get information on rebooking our stay as we are finally able to travel and will be going in June of this year. We did not get one reply to our 6 emails. Very disappointing, went ahead and booked with another hotel.

β β β β β We loved this hotel! The location is perfect, a few steps away from the streets of the old town. There is a beautiful and quiet little terrace on the ground floor.
Katerina, Maria and Maria at reception were extremely friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much to ask for, whether it was laundry service, international adapters, taxi service, restaurant recommendations and reservations, printing service. They did it all without hesitation!
We had the Maistro room which was very large, bathroom is a bit narrow. The housekeeping service was spot on! Highly recommend this hotel.
Note that there are no elevators so we had to carry all our luggage up 2 flights of spiral stairs.
