★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I contacted the company via Whatsapp and they were extremely helpful. They tried to find a car for me, however due to the rental car shortage they just did not have anything available. However my interaction with them on Whatsapp is why im writing this review. They went out of their way to recommend other companies, and also give advise on how to handle the current rental car shortage situation. I would not hesitate to rent from them next time, hopefully! Great communication and service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I believe Zorbas is the best option on Crete! Managers are very kind, they did everything to help us and to make us feel comfortable. Pick-up/drop-off procedure is very simple, car can be delivered to the hotel. Full insurance is included. And prices are good too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great family company. Easy contact via WhatsApp and email or phone. Nice people, minimum papers, very friendly. We had a small problem with air condition and they immediately took actions. Replaced a car in 2 h and brought it back after fixing up on next day. I recommend to all visitors to Crete.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect experience. Great terms and and prices for the available cars. Some questions I had beforehand were quickly answered on WhatsApp, which was very useful. The payment with credit card had some issues (our fault) which was also perfectly handled by Madelena and her team.

Fast replies to any questions via email and whatsapp.
Payed deposit online, got to the airport, walked for 3 minutes, payed the rest (which by the way was the lowest price I found from all car rental places in Crete), picked up the car, used it for 5 days with 0 issues, dropped the car back at the airport.
100% would recommend.
