★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve just booked my second visit to Yoga Crete as I had such a great time last year. Practicing asthanga yoga with Adam is always a wonderful experience and this is a great opportunity to learn meditation and breath work in tranquil surroundings. The location is great given it’s so unspoiled and so close to Chania and I cannot speak highly enough about the food at the retreat. Adam always makes the best of the excellent local ingredients and cooks fantastic food for every meal. I cannot wait till the end of June when I get to go again!

Crete is a perfect combination of nature, sunshine, tranquillity and calm. Food is fresh and mouth-watering, accommodation is perfect and the whole atmosphere is an invitation to step away from your regular busy life and to focus on yourself and the wonderful things that the island has to offer. Adam is a highly experienced teacher; students of all levels will benefit from his no-nonsense down to earth yet kind style of teaching. If you are looking for a space to take your practice to the next level, physically and mentally, Crete is the place to go and Adam is your teacher :)
