★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great new planes. Clean and excellent service especially for domestic flight to Athens from Thessaloniki although abit hurried due to what is offered for a such a short flight. Good prices...a nice change from Aegean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you try to use a voucher code but then the payment is unsuccessful because a bank issue the voucher is expiring! Moreover, I called the customers service line they did not reply for 10 minuted and they charged me 7 euros !

Flight was delayed by one hour (a 1pm flight) so we missed lunch, and no food was offered on the flight, no explanation given (despite giving us menus). Service was slow with it taking an hour to serve one small drink and a biscuit. Truly horrendous experience. Will never fly with them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They cancelled a flight from Kithira to Athens on 10/04/22, but didn't even bother informing their customers via email or phone. They even brought everyone to the airport and checked their luggage in, although they already knew the flight was cancelled and the plane was not coming.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is awful… they seem very unorganized and very overpriced without justification, our luggage was overweight by 6 kg total (3kg over each luggage), they charged us 60% of one of our ticket fares almost 50 euro for the extra weight when we paid 80euro for each ticket from santorini to Athens. I would recommend flying with another airline

Flew from Athens to Rome. Price was low (same as other low cost companies) but the service was really on another level. The plane (A320 neo) was new and silent, they offer you some sweets at departure, and the prices for on board beverages was great (2€ for a tea!). The cabin bag was included in the price.
So it was a really great experience, can’t explain why there are so many bad reviews here
