We were very late, arriving at the door almost after the flight had closed. Nevertheless, the staff at the door to the bus taking passengers to the plane made superhuman efforts to let us board the flight. They managed to enter our passport details manually (since it was no longer possible to swipe them through the machine) they asked the control and the pilot to wait for us, and they gave us clear instructions on how to deal with the luggage we haven't had time to check in. All that within two or three minutes, and without making any concessions in terms of thoroughness and safety standards! They simply packed within a few seconds the procedures applying to more complicated cases. They far exceed what we expected in terms of kindness, competence and hard work.

The staff at the Greek Airport Makedonia Thessaoliniki is terrible. The girls at the check-in are very arrogant, they are not willing to help their customers or to look for a solution. Instead they lied to my face that there was no manager and lied that I could change my flight but put me, without knowing anything behind my back, at 'no show' in the system while I was still there till the flight departure. I am really disappointed with their way of dealing with customers, very unprofessional.

The rudest personnel ever I have ever encountered at an airport. Today, 9/8/2021 around 18.30 I had a horrible experience at ATH Airport. The company that was responsible for the handling of my flight messed up big time so after having to wait for 45 minutes at the check in counter which unexpectedly they closed, I had to go to the their counter to explain the situation. There the incompetent personnel treated us with the most impolite way one could have ever imagined. Her tone was diminishing and her responses were ironic and not straightforward at all. She was not willing to help at all. I hope she's replaced soon.

We have tried to online check-in up to 6 hours before the flight departure. On mobile data, on WiFi, on multiple devices. Our check-in was always marked as error. We were denied our check-in on multiple occasions. We were trying to check-in every 30 minutes, with always the same result. Denying of our check in. Thefore we went for the personal check-in where we were CHARGED INCREDIBLE 55€ PER PERSON! Unbelievable. Also the lady on the counter was so adamant in her behaviour. Lady Konstantina Grammatosi from Skyserv said the only way to fly is to pay 55€ Per person for check in. Incredible SCAM from Ryanair and their partner in crime Skyserv. Please help us get our money back. I believe, you have a lot of simillar experiences from around the world. Thank you very much in advance.

Staff is rude, unhelpful and dishonest! Skyserv was the handling agent for my Ryanair flight to stansted. Mr. Mari@@@@@ refused boarding and check in of my luggage unless I unloaded my luggage content. I provided Ryanair policy and Gb law against his decision while he had no official documents to support his. I was compliant throughout the whole process and he finally gave me what I though was my boarding pass and luggage tag, and he said I’m ready. Little did I know he never checked my suitcase in and he claimed I left it abandoned (on the conveyor counter?). Post-flight service is non-existent, with a manager on duty only appearing at ungodly after hours (midnight through early morning). It’s another thing to make a mistake and another thing to put the blame on your passengers. I’d love to hear back the official statement for such behavior but I know the company will cover for its personnel and present the facts as if it were my fault as they have already done (in less than 24 hours they have changed the narrative a couple of times already…).

At the entrance of the Skyserve lounge the staff was definitely not enjoying her job. At least this was what she reflected, she felt extremely bothered having us as guests. I watched her behaviour during the stay and also to toward other guests she were extremely ignorant and bothered. Totally unprofessional.

Lack of organization. Waited 34 minutes on the airport tarmac for a bus to come with the sun right above us. Rude staff and couldn’t be bothered at all. We could go around and hop on other planes. First time I encounter this in a European airport. “Security” at its best!
