Great experience. The hotel is very nice, the service is phenomenal. Staff is very helpful, thanks to them I felt like I was in home. I recommend this place to everyone who wants to relax :)

holiday in sun boutique hotel was scanty. no air conditioning first night. No explanation received on arrival. had to discover for myselve how and what. If we wanted to order something from the card, it was not to order. Staff were not all friendly. room was not luxurious, small bathroom, not very clean. clean towels not ervery day. and not close to the beach. there was not much to do in the area. boring.

Just returned from my holidays in Crete, where I was traveling on my own - I stayed at the hotel for 5 nights and have mixed impression. When ordering a room I left a comment that I would like to be accommodated on the higher floors, but on arrival a woman in the reception settled me on the ground floor, saying that there are no single rooms on other floors. The room on the ground floor was terrible. The room was very small and narrow, hard bed, old furniture, old bathroom equipment, balcony on the street level ... In the morning it turned out that people are walking right beside the balcony and workers are repairing something - one could see the whole room from the outside, absolutely no privacy, not to mention sound comfort. Air conditioning fee - additional 6 Euro/day (I wonder if there are a lot of hotels in Crete, that you should pay for conditioning?) The next day, with the help of my travel agent I managed to agree on moving to a better room on the second floor, however I had to pay extra 10 euros per night. The second room was much better, it matched up 3 or even 4 stars, from the balcony I could see the sea. Interestingly, the first floor room TV showed Russian TV channels, while the second floor room TV channels were English, German, etc. The impression that the hotel staff automatically categorizes people according to where they came from, and accordingly appoints the room. But I have come not from Russia, I'm from Lithuania! So, it was very unpleasant ... My flight back was in the evening, so I asked if I could stay in the room on the last day till three o'clock in the afternoon. They told me it would cost 20 euros, so I had to pay. Thus, due to the fact that I wanted peaceful and restful stay, air conditioner, later departure - the total price of a travel has increased almost 100 Euros! For this price, I think I would have received an excellent 4 star hotel with all inclusive meal! For the advantages - really good food at dinner. And of course, the sandy beach near the hotel (that was a reason why I have chosen this particular hotel). So I loved Crete, but the hotel didn't left the best impression - they should do better walking that extra mile for their customers...

The hotel is located relatively close to the beach, about 400 meters away. The rooms are quite small, but some of them have a modern design. At the same time, the staff is very kind and always ready to help. On the other hand, the sheets were stained and some faucets were rusty.

Small family run hotel, the staff are very friendly and welcoming. Rooms are very clean. We went all inclusive and all the food was home made at the hotel and was fantastic. 4 courses at each meal (normally there would be a buffet but this was closed due to coronavirus) we booked this last minute, and are so glad we chose the Sun Boutique. Would love to come back.

An excellent family run hotel.rooms are clean and comfortable. Food is first class. I cannot fault any aspect of the service.i would recomend without reserve.

Excellent service, Cretan hospitality and amazing owners. Totally worth to stay at this hotel with high services excellent quality of food and your are few steps to the beach. :)

The hotel is a lovely hotel. It very clean tidy the pool area is a sun trap very nice rooms are very clean and tidy clean towels every day shower in my room was like a double shower hot water all the time is close to the beach lots of pubs restaurants around the hotel the owners are very welcoming and do their best to help you. I would recommend this hotel I had no problems at all thank you for a lovely time
