★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was really looking forward to my stay here. We left Santorini and got a SeaJet to Create. The hotel arranged a transfer, and even after a delay in the ferry, the driver was there to meet us. I was excited to get to the place. We walked into the beautifully remodeled lobby and was looking forward to the great accommodations. But the reception told us to hurry and get our first meal before the cafeteria closed. That should have been our first red flag. The common restaurant looks like a wood paneled diner from a 1970's camping film. I am going to wrap this up quickly, since I am getting no joy from writing this. We then went to our hotel room. This also had a 1970's camping vibe, but from a horror film. Anyway, unless you want to drink the worse alcohol, have the hardest bed where your feet hanging off, and have have to get your own drink each time you want one from the beach.. then don't stay here. We left after one day and am stilling waiting for a refund

I planned the holiday to take 2 hotels 4 days every hotel, but! I’ve extended all the week because every thing was ok the great reception staff helped me in everything
And the restaurant staff also were not less kind as them! The beach and the pool, I highly recommend if anyone want a peace of mind, calm, quiet holiday ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Crete is a rather big island and we were first timers, so booking in this region was a shot in the dark. The hotel’s location is superior — within proximity to city center, marine port, and airport. The rooms are very spacious, quiet, and clean. The only downside for me is that I prefer to sleep in cold temperatures, and the room does not become extremely cool during hot summer months. We chose the all inclusive plan and found something delicious to eat each meal. If you have specific diet restrictions (kosher, halal, vegetarian) you might have to limit yourself to a few main course items because many of the offerings are indeed pork-based. The cherry on the top was excellent assistance received from Eva, one of the front desk associates. She helped book excursions and gave excellent advice about anything and everything. Generally speaking, the staff was efficient, kind, and responsive. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to explore the east side of Crete.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a pleasant stay at this Hotel. The whole staff was very friendly, the food was good and it is directly located at the beach. Our room was spacious enough and properly cleaned every day. Also the late check-out at the last day was arranged without extra-costs.
The only thing that we missed a bit was a playground for the kids (the old one cannot be used anymore), maybe this is changed next season. Thanks to the whole team!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brilliant hotel! Fantastic amenities absolutely delicious food very clean rooms. The views and easy and close access to the private beach was a great bonus! I would highly recommend this resort for a lovely and relaxing stay in Crete. Not mentioning fabulous and extremely helpful staff. All members of the team, starting from the receptionist at the check-in to very attentive waiters and restaurant manager Sofokis as well as bartenders George and Maria were always so helpful patient and kind. The hotel manager really cares about his customers and makes the stay an unforgettable experience! Loved every moment of my week here and will be definitely coming back! Thank you so much for absolutely everything ❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To begin with the service we we're very pleased by the effort that was put into making their guests happy. Especially George has been so kind and helpful with everything and made sure, we received a room that was perfect for us. The hotel itself was also really nice. The Food never really tasted like standard buffet and was always diverse enough for us. The rooms were also nice - enough for a beach and exploring vacation. The beach of the hotel was great since the water is shallow and clear.
