The people of the appartments were incredibly friendly and had a lot of great tips, everything was looking perfect and clean!

By far the best accommodation and most enjoyably holiday experience my wife and I have ever had! The one bedroom apartment with a beautiful sea view left nothing wanting. The overall facilities available at Sundance and the apartment itself were of a very high standard, especially considering the modest price we paid for a week in mid April. The entire venue was always kept exceptionally clean throughout along with being maintained to a very high standard. The apartment had everything you could think of and need to self cater, from clean and modern decor, an arsenal of household/kitchen amenities, two televisions, baby cot, aircon in every room, etc... What impressed us most of all was the 5 star service provided by every single employee we encountered. The warm, friendly greeting and professional attitude we received was present from the moment we arrived right through to checkout time, which made us all feel welcome and at home. Our special thanks to Chronis (probably the nicest guy you'll ever meet!), the staff at the bar/restaurant and cleaning staff, who all went out of their way to help accommodate our every need. We will definitely be coming back here again next year and we would like to thank all concerned for making this the best holiday we've ever had. Simon, Gemma and (baby) Daisy.

Perfect for our family (husband, myself and one year old daughter ). Cleaning staff in apartment and grounds are amazing. The apartment has everything we need and staff are so helpful. We are half way through our holiday and already considering rebooking for next year. Would highly recommend.

Nice and clean rooms! Location is great! So is the staff! Although it's a big complex you can have your privacy. The only thing that rather bothered us was the 'beat' of the music near the pool! Unnecessary and too loud. Went once and since then understood what we heard... Even in the room; such a pity for a nice place!

Great apartment with see view, fantastic staff who make you smile everyday of the week! Many different restaurants around the complex and private parking for guests who hire a car.

Very well managed hotel with nice apartments, each with a terrace or balcony, big enough to have breakfast on. We might only add some advice, to make handrails by all the stairs. For elderly people or those who have trouble with their balance, they miss them. We had to think hard to find anything else to whine about, this place is really good!

Lovely owner, clean and beautiful spacious apartments. Lovely pool and staff that make sure your stay is relaxing and great. The owner Chronis has seen a lot of the island and can tell you about all the hidden features and spots. Would definitely come back to stay at Sundance again! We are leaving with a smile.

Amazing place! Beautiful, clean appartments with amazing views. It is on a hill so be aware that you have to walk up and down every day (a lot of stairs). The manager is great, he knows a lot about Crete and gave us great recommendations about what to see and where to eat. He helped us rent a car (the next day we could already drive around :D). I think that the only minus point was the breakfast. It was very Dutch, eggs and bacon were often cold, but that was not disturbing us at all since the appartment was great, people amazing and location very good. I can definitely recommend it! I would love to come back there one day :-)
