Nice hotell with Good looking rooms ans Nice room with down pool. I was just here visiting some friends moving there so no in depth analyse have been done. Just the first impressions.

A hotel with great pontential. Have read about quite area and rooms and must add that the loudness can be very deviant depending on room an location! Had a small room with private pool access on the east side of the hotel and we had up to 80 db in our room constantly between 08:10-10:00, 16:45-18:30 due to the gym door to door. One of the walls also connects to the corridor heading for the gym. Sadly I can’t attach movie here but I’ve recorded the situation. Corridor makes an echo like a church. It’s ok once or twice like when ppl walking through or cleaning makes their job, but not during such long periods and so early in the morning. During lunch the main pool also was loud and found its way to the room. 80 db at the poolside. Succeeded with 45 db on the toilet after closing all doors. Suggestion - sound absorbers in corridors and in room. Change rooms in the gym so that machines are next to door connecting to room and gymnastic not connecting to sleeping areas. Perhaps add doors between common areas, rooms and also contain workingareas/facilities out of reach for guests (that would contain cellar loudness from gym too). Perhaps start with less loud exercises during the first hours in the morning? If pool is closed until 09:00 guest should be able to sleep all over the hotel. Same for all? On departure we gain another room almost next to us and the loudness was totally different so we understand all the good reviews. But beware of room 138! It is a bootcamp and they are not willing to set down the loudness or change any schemes so the guests may be able to sleep. No one else had complained the travel agency said. Well, perhaps not to them but even other guests at our visit said the loudness at our room was not acceptable. Also there are large deviations between “single room” and “double room”. Single room have almost no place to hang used clothes (4 hooks). Non at all at entrance. Only 80 cm wardrobe without any drawers. Double rooms even have a walk in closet. So don’t hesitate, choose double room size. Otherwise very pleasant service and the cutest cleaning crew. a over the place the employees are excellent and helpful. Breakfast could be improved. Missed oatmeal and warm food without fat and egg. Sometimes potatoes, but sadly draining by oil. Reacted on temperature both regarding hot and cold food (both to closed to room temp). Suggestion, place a thermometer on site. Great for both staff and guests. The east pool is very clean and tidy! Among the best I’ve seen. Total difference to the main pool that had a foggy attitude and bottom missing it’s visual effect. Water is all clear in a totally different way in the east private pool. Though, to make east pool perfect, suggestion, more ladders up an down into the pool though? Also movable sun shading. Just as an improvement. SPA excellent. During SPA opening hours there is no gym classes. If that is to keep sound down in the spa, it means that the gym classes are to loud and not sound contained enough. Will not return due to loudness that creates, for us, too much stress. We seek tranquility and relaxation. This hotel can of today not provide those properties.

Spent 7 days here and it has been a very relaxing experience. Our room was always clean with new sheets. AC worked amazing as long as you kept it between 21 to 24 degrees. (Compared to the outside 35 it felt like freezing). The hotels bartender Andreas is a highlight in itself, always talkative, polite and of course outstanding at making nice drinks. You can choose between the pool and the ocean since it's only a few metres away from the hotel area. Overall amazing visit!

Location wise the hotel is very nice. The beach is just in the backyard. The pools and rooms are clean and in general it lives to the standards of a 4 star hotel. The only thing we didn't like was the functionality of the facilities we had in the rooms. The room has everything (air conditioning, hair dryer, wifi, tv, ...) however the size of drawers, bedside tables and such are very small. You have them but you also don't have them! Too little space to put your stuff on! The breakfast is good. The pool bar is nice. Staff ate friendly and in general a relaxing hotel. The beach is not a sand beach and is a stone beach. Water shoe is a must so remember to bring them with you. The depth also increases quite fast after a few meters from the shore. It also has a lot of beautiful small fish that we enjoyed watching when diving. ? ?

Amazing hotel! I don't think I have any complaints. Firstly, the rooms were great, with a cozy balcony, cooling aircon and a nice bathrooom. The staff were all friendly and made us feel at home. The pool area was nice and quiet and you could order beer, drinks and juices easily. The breakfast was great, I espescially enjoyed the olives and greek Yoghurt with honey. The hotel is also right by the ocean and a lidl, so both swimming and shopping for lunch is no problem. If you are looking for a nice, quiet and relaxing hotel in the Platanias area, this is it.
