β β β β β Cheap, but everything comes with the price, probably that's why it's called SurPRICE! Make sure you read the terms and conditions before you book, because they will literally charge you for everything. The customer service is, at best, mediocre and in general you don't get a feeling of professionalism and curtainty. About the cars, don't be fooled that you'll get the fancy cars showed in the website.
After a very very unpleasant experience and a refund that was supposed to be full, but obviously wasn't, I would definitely say to everyone to be extremely sceptical and cautious.
I myself though that it was a good bargain, but more likely than not, it will not end up well!

β β β β β Rent on Korfu. The service was perfect. It even called me on the phone to make sure that we arrive at the proper place.
We had a warm welcome and the worker explained everthing to us. The return of the car was very quick.
The car itself had no problems.

β β β β β very low - DO NOT TRUST - I chosed it sinse it was not firts price and I needed to be sure, having with me an old parent. When I took the car, they gave me an upgrade. On the contrary the car was old, and full of signs. The worst was that the friction was completely gone. I realized this only after one day, since my trip mates were kidding me about my female driving but it was not my fault. On the contrary, at the first slope the clutch said us goodbye and we needed to give back the car, which was totally not driveble. The operators at the desk complained since I did not return it back immediately but that's a shame! it was their fault to give me a scrapt, when I had trusted them when they told me it was an upgrade. They just were trying to trick me, creating for me problems. If the car is a lemon, your holidays frick out! Do not trust, do not use this car rental

β β β β β Brilliant service, great car. They pick you up at the airport , and take you to their hire centre.
Then at the end of the hire, they take you to airport, wonderful service. 5 minutes away from airport.
