M	Magda Kiza on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay AWAY. IF YOU BELIEVE U PAY LESS now u ll pay much more later!!! So for the small broken window at the back seat they charged me 310€ while the cost everywhere is at 50€ maximum!!! They didn’t allow me to fix it myself at a high esteemed carglass company. However at their office I bargained and paid in cash (no receipt) 200€ which was ok at the moment.. I had to catch my flight and leave. The clerk seemed to feel sorry for me so he proposed to see again the voucher. He was so happy and gave me 200€ back! Ηe charged my card 310€ because he said that carflexi would compensate me (the company that I used online where to book surprice). I insisted that I hadn’t pay an extra insurance with carflexi. He was happy that I would get my money back and he insisted that he knows how to read a voucher and that I was wrong. He was so sure that he gave me some papers to send to carflexi for the refund. When I returned to my destination I had the time to read carefully the voucher and understand it. I was clearly misguided and the clerk said that he didn’t realize his mistake. 10 days have passed and I m still fighting to get 110€ back. This was clearly a fraudulent behavior and false claims by a clerk of the company to misguide me. With intention or not by the clerk I paid more and this company is a joke. I m still waiting for my refund. PLEASE READ THIS AND SHARE.
N	Nick Chatziviltsos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheap, but everything comes with the price, probably that's why it's called SurPRICE! Make sure you read the terms and conditions before you book, because they will literally charge you for everything. The customer service is, at best, mediocre and in general you don't get a feeling of professionalism and curtainty. About the cars, don't be fooled that you'll get the fancy cars showed in the website. After a very very unpleasant experience and a refund that was supposed to be full, but obviously wasn't, I would definitely say to everyone to be extremely sceptical and cautious. I myself though that it was a good bargain, but more likely than not, it will not end up well!

In another conversation it was said that the order was canceled (and not by us) and promised that they would call by phone after an inspection - and never returned. In short, after half a wasted day, we had to rent a car rental company called Panorama, where we received excellent service and price.In short to stay away from them.

They answered all our questions and even thank us for bringing the car back in decent condition (clean). Altogether we had a good experience, 90%might rent again with them next year.

First car they offered to us, we declined, because of the something on the tyre, with no further discussion they offered us another car. When I come back, I would definitely rent a car from them!

A	A D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A horrible experience. I only booked here because of the price but I trusted the reviews and I should not have. The car was horrible with many problems and had to be returned after 10 mins. They gave us one that was older than any rental I ever had, dirty inside to the point where it was disgusting and the front window cracked at a place. I had to take the car as it was raining heavily, had already wasted a lot of time and had a long journey ahead. The return was smooth which is the only good thing out of this experience. I do not recommend!
