★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η συμπεριφορά της κυρίας στο γραφείο ήταν απαίσια. Δυστυχώς την επόμενη φορά θα κάνω ότι μπορώ για να μην χρειαστεί να μπλέξω με τα συγκεκριμένα γραφεία στο αεροδρόμιο. Καθόλου εξυπηρετικοί!
The lady's behavior in the office was awful. Unfortunately next time I will do what I can to not have to mess with the specific offices at the airport. Not at all helpful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Χρειάστηκε να ταξιδέψουμε με αμαξίδια λόγο σπασμένου γόνατο απο Θεσσαλονίκη για Νάπολι και η εξυπηρέτηση ήταν πέραν τον προσδοκιών μας. Ο Ζαχαρίας Σταλίδης , ήταν ο άνθρωπος που μας φρόντισε , απλά δεν έχω λόγια.. Ο σωστός άνθρωπος στην σωστή θέση. Μπράβο σας !!!!! Ευχαριστούμε Ζαχαρία!!!!
We had to travel by wheelchairs because of a broken knee from Thessaloniki to Naples and the service was beyond our expectations. Zacharias Stalidis was the man who took care of us, I just have no words. The right person in the right place. Well done !!!!! Thank you Zacharia !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τραγική διαχείριση. Πτήση Θεσσαλονίκη-Βερολινο. Η πτήση έχει καθυστέρηση επειδή το αεροπλάνο άργησε να φύγει από το Βερολίνο. Η πύλη ανοίγει κάποια στιγμή χωρίς αναγγελία! Εξυπηρετεί μόνο μία κοπέλα, η οποία, όταν χρειάζεται να βοηθήσει επιβάτη με καρότσι, αφήνει τη θέση της για να την πάει στο ασανσέρ και η διαδικασία σταματά! Βγάζουν τους επιβάτες στη σκάλα του αεροδρομίου, το λεωφορείο περιμένει, αλλά δεν τους επιβιβαζουν. Αντίθετα, δημιουργούν και δεύτερη σειρά. Όταν κάποια στιγμή επιτρέπεται η επιβίβαση στο λεωφορείο, αυτή γίνεται μαζικά. Το λεωφορείο γεμίζει, ομολογουμένως όχι ασφυκτικά, αλλά χωρίς τήρηση στοιχειωδών μέτρων ασφαλείας. Η αίσθηση της ανοργανωσιας παντού.
Tragic management. Flight Thessaloniki-Berlin. The flight is delayed because the plane was late to leave Berlin. The gate opens at some point without announcement! It serves only one girl, who, when she needs to help a passenger in a stroller, leaves her place to take her to the elevator and the process stops! They take the passengers to the airport stairs, the bus is waiting, but they do not board them. On the contrary, they create a second series. When boarding the bus is allowed at some point, it is done en masse. The bus fills, admittedly not suffocatingly, but without observing basic safety measures. The feeling of disorganization everywhere.
