★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very happy with my rental car experience. Friendly and professional Service at the Airport Counter. They sent a shuttle to pick me up immediately. Only 2 minutes drive to the off Location parking, where I was greeted with a ice cold bottle of water and given the choice of 2 cars. The car was ok, not the newest and a few dents which is normal in the area I guess. Staff was very friendly. Paperwork was done correctly.
Bringing back the car was a breeze. Car was checked, paperwork was done, I received confirmation that I brought back the car.
Would not hesitate to use them again. They cater both for Avis and Budget, so either of them will be good. And Price was competitive too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avis ia good sofar. But there are a few things that need upgrade. First of all the variety of cars is surprisingly limited, which makes inconvenient for people to choose the most proper vehicle. Service is good though. Another thing that nees extra attention is that there is only one shuttle to move people from and towards the International airport. There must be two shuttles because the wait can be from 5' to 20' minutes.

I talked to five of them. All knew english well. All very nice people with smile on their face.
Car was clean and ready to use!
They took care of me pretty fast.
Insurance on the cars is pretty pricey.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely terrible service even at the booking stage. We wanted to take a car with the possibility of going abroad. Avis has such an option. We began to clarify what the price would be. We were sent a quote without any details. My question asking for details was ignored. Then we decided that we would still rent a car, but most likely for one day. Asked to send a new quote - silence. Also, the employee Eva Politi deceived us with insurance, she said in the email that our premium insurance was included in the first quota, although another employee said on the phone that this could not be, premium insurance was not possible to travel abroad. I really do not recommend AVIS for someone.
