★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ ωραίο σπήλαιο για φωτογραφίες.
Η κατάβαση είναι για έμπειρους ορειβάτες.
Ευτυχώς περιμετρικά το έχουν κλείσει με ξύλινη περίφραξη γιατί είναι επικίνδυνο.
Εμείς πήγαμε Φλεβάρη και η Συκιά (από όπου έχει πάρει το όνομά του το σπήλαιο) δεν είχε ούτε φύλλο.
Αξίζει να το επισκεφθείτε.
Very nice cave for photos.
The descent is for experienced climbers.
Fortunately, they have closed the perimeter with wooden fencing because it is dangerous.
We went in February and Sykia (from where the cave takes its name) did not even have a leaf.
It is worth visiting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4.5 αστέρια χωρίς να έχω άποψη για το εσωτερικό του μιας και αυτό απαιτεί ειδικό εξοπλισμό (σχοινιά κλπ). Αξίζει να το επισκεφθεί κάποιος και μόνο για την ΤΕΡΑΣΤΙΑ συκιά που υπάρχει μέσα του και φαίνεται απ' έξω. Εντυπωσιακό δέντρο το οποίο όταν ρίχνει τα φύλλα του το Χειμώνα αποκαλύπτει περισσότερη θέα από το σπήλαιο αλλά το φύλλωμά του είναι από μόνο του ένα ξεχωριστό θέαμα μιας και είναι πιθανότατα η μεγαλύτερη συκιά που έχετε δει ποτέ. Οι δασικοί δρόμοι είναι συνήθως κλειστοί με μπάρες οπότε αν πάτε με αυτοκίνητο βολεύει να παρκάρετε στο τοπικό νεκροταφείο και να συνεχίσετε με τα πόδια. Η ξύλινη περίφραξη του σπηλαίου είναι εύθραυστη γι αυτό αποφύγετε να στηρίζεστε επάνω της.
4.5 stars without having an opinion about its interior since this requires special equipment (ropes etc). It is worth visiting just for the HUGE fig tree that exists inside and is visible from the outside. Impressive tree which, when it sheds its leaves in winter, reveals more views from the cave, but its foliage is in itself a special spectacle since it is probably the largest fig tree you have ever seen. The forest roads are usually closed with bars so if you go by car it is convenient to park in the local cemetery and continue on foot. The wooden fence of the cave is fragile so avoid relying on it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice cave with an unfortunate history - 2 firefighters died when theit truck fell inside. You would need ropes to enter, and you do it at your own risk.
