★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect taverna in Nafplio. This the exact spot you have in mind when you visit historic towns. The outdoor seating is shaded, semi private, but still offers a nice view of all the wonderful happenings around you. The staff was friendly and all the food was delicious. We ordered sword fish, sardines, octopus, and a Greek salad. The seafood was local and tasted fresh. ordered the local house rosè and found it refreshing. Everything was reasonably priced. I would definitely visit again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The fries were cold and weak. The meat (from the souvlaki) was so stubborn, hard and dry.
Service was just not there at all. We asked to order drinks and he said ‘just a moment’, it never actually came. He did not even ask us what we wanted because he did not care. And no, he wasn’t busy. He just stood outside while we asked for a drink.
I do not advise you to come and eat here.
And also, the toilet does not lock.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is super friendly but the food honestly really bad...one of the worst meals I have ever experienced. "Soutzoukakia" (kind of meatballs) came with 0 salt, funny texture, no spices, watery sauce. You really have to try hard to mess up Greek food to that level. I felt so bad for the waiters because we had a reservation for the next night and we had to cancel it because of the bad quality of the food.
