★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place to relax and enjoy the sunset. Free parking at the northwestern end of the port and promenade. From there you can get by feet into the old city center or to the restaurants along the city bay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sweet little square with a fountain next to the sea at the "left" end of the Chania old port. Parking space for cars and motorbikes. Talos square is mainly used as a meeting point and start point for walks along the the harbour and shore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty park, one of my favorite to hang out in. There are a few drifters that sleep on the grass. The parking is usually pretty accommodating. There is a tourist information centre nearby. The best thing is the vast open sea and surplus of benches and cool shade to rest and enjoy the view. A great park.
