E	Emmanouela Papadatou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Στη δική μου περίπτωση δε θα σας μιλήσω για τεχνική υποστήριξη αλλά για πώληση προϊόντος. Ζήτησα να αγοράσω ένα mp3 player. Σε όλα τα υπόλοιπα καταστήματα που απευθύνθηκα δεν ανέλαβαν να με εξυπηρετήσουν. Το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα ανέλαβε να με εξυπηρετήσει. Το mp3 player που μου πώλησε ήταν αξίας 2,50 ευρω. Εγώ πλήρωσα 25,00 (μου είπε ότι ήταν 30,00 αλλά μου κάνει καλύτερη τιμή!!!) έχοντας αγοράσει και κάρτα μνήμης και ακουστικά μαζί. Ειλικρινά το mp3 player ήταν για πέταμα. Αφού ξεφόρτισε, δεν ξαναφόρτισε ποτέ. Στις αξιολογήσεις που κοίταξα μετά στο internet, είδα ότι όλοι όσοι κατείχαν το ίδιο mp3 player είχαν το ίδιο πρόβλημα. Όταν παραπονέθηκα, γιατί μου πώλησε ένα τέτοιο mp3 player αφού για μένα δεν ήταν θέμα τα χρήματα αλλά να μπορέσω να εξυπηρετηθώ, μου είπε ότι δεν παραγγέλνει προϊόντα βάσει αξιολογήσεων. Δηλαδή πως εξυπηρετείς πελάτη, χωρίς να ξέρεις τι διαθέτεις προς πώληση: Ποια η λογική; Επομένως, πολύ κακή εξυπηρέτηση, για να μην αναφερθώ στη διαφορά της τιμής που το αγόρασε σε σχέση με αυτήν που μου το μεταπώλησε!!! Σε απάντηση προς την επιχείρηση, απλά θα αναφέρω ότι στην ανάρτησή μου αναγράφω ότι στα 25,00 ευρω συμπεριλαμβανόταν τόσο η αγορά ακουστικών όσο και η κάρτα μνήμης. Τα επιμέρους ποσά ήταν άγνωστα και είναι ανακριβές το ότι με ενημέρωσαν.. Μόνο το συνολικό κόστος μου γνωστοποίησαν. Όσο για την επιστροφή χρημάτων, ναι πράγματι μου προτάθηκε, και την απέρριψα. Και αυτό αποδεικνύει ότι το θέμα δεν ήταν κυρίως τα χρήματα ,αλλά η συμπεριφορά και η μη εξυπηρέτηση του πελάτη. In my case I will not talk to you about technical support but about selling a product. I asked to buy an mp3 player. In all the other stores I went to, they did not undertake to serve me. This particular store undertook to serve me. The mp3 player he sold me was worth 2.50 euros. I paid 25.00 (he told me it was 30.00 but it gives me a better price !!!) having bought a memory card and headphones together. Honestly the mp3 player was for throwing. Once discharged, never recharged. In the reviews I looked after on the internet, I saw that everyone who owned the same mp3 player had the same problem. When I complained, because he sold me such an mp3 player since for me it was not a question of money but to be able to be served, he told me that he does not order products based on reviews. That is, how do you serve a customer, without knowing what you have for sale: What is the logic? Therefore, very bad service, not to mention the difference in the price that bought it in relation to the one that resold it to me !!! In response to the company, I will simply mention that in my post I state that the 25.00 euros included both the purchase of headphones and the memory card. The individual amounts were unknown and it is inaccurate that they informed me .. They only informed me of the total cost. As for the refund, yes it was actually offered to me, and I turned it down. And this proves that the issue was not mainly money, but the behavior and non-service of the customer.

Ευχαριστώ πολύ για την εξυπηρέτηση σας. Cheap compared to another store where I bought my cell phone for the same repair. The service was prompt and friendly. Thank you very much for your service.

Από προσωπική εμπειρία μου επισκεύασαν βλάβη στο κινητό μου (iPhone 7 plus) για το οποίο σε οποιοδήποτε άλλο κατάστημα πήγα μου ανέφεραν ως λύση την αποστολή του κινητού στην Αθήνα και στην μισή τιμή από αυτήν που ζήταγαν άλλου. Flawless service, staff with unique professional training on the island. They take on problems that are rejected by others. Solution for everything. Reasonable prices! From my personal experience they repaired a damage to my mobile phone (iPhone 7 plus) for which in any other store I went they mentioned to me as a solution the shipment of the mobile phone in Athens and at half the price of what they asked for elsewhere.
