Thalassi Hotel - Main Street

We spent 10 fantastic nights at this hotel. Eva and Dimitri and their staff both go out of their way to ensure you have everything you need. Eva runs the hotel, and is a font of knowledge, if she does not have the answer immediately she will find it for you, and if she does not have the appropriate map she will draw you one. The room we had was large and spacious, with tea making facilities and a fridge, whilst the pool area was incredibly clean and tidy and we never had a problem finding a sunbed, and the poolside bar open from 10.00am for all types of drinks, with incredibly friendly staff. The lunch and evening meal are served in the restaurant that is a five minute walk away. The views from here are spectacular, especially the sunset, and the food equally so. Dimitri runs the restaurant and is passionate about his food, as well as being immensely proud of its source (quite often his own farm) and the fact that it is traditional Greek recipes. That said if you don't like what is on offer if will get his staff to make something you do like. We were after a relaxing getaway after Covid and were not disappointed as this hotel ticked all the boxes. We will definitely return.

Eva, Demitri and all the Staff make you feel like family. For a 3 star hotel this place is 1st class. Rooms are adequate and clean. My wife and I run our own catering business and understand food and the food here is outstanding. Thank you for a great 10 days. We will be back. A and A ( Isle of Wight )

Nice hotel ... Miles from the airport and other places . Food was pretty basic .

Good food lovely hotel setting I see why people like coming there and wanting to come back the following year the cleaners do amazing work the bar staff are friendly and the rooms are very good I just had a week there and it was very nice if there’s a problem it’s getting to the restaurant from the hotel as there’s a few young people hang around and anything can happen so that’s the problem I know the hotel had a Mini van but not used every night so I say to anyone reading this come to this hotel for peace and relaxing but it’s very unlikely I be coming back but don’t let that put you off but thank you for a nice relaxing time at this hotel I’m ian from norwich

I say this is a 5 star... This is my 5th visit and my 1st choice from lockdown restrictions. Eva and Dimitri are the most perfect hosts.. I am well travelled and this is my go to Hotel l have stayed in many 5 stars this is a 6.... The hospitality and the cuisine is just amazing, all the food is freshly cooked and most of the produce is either souced locally or from Dimitri's farm.... This is a must vacation enjoy.

A warm welcome awaits you when you arrive.The rooms are comfy and clean.The pool bar is very welcome with friendly staff and the pool is lovely. A lovely hotel with the most welcoming of staff.

Thalassi Hotel & restaurant spotlessly clean, meals good but not a huge choice for breakfast & eggs, bacon, beans etc always cold. Fantastic location for evening meals but food can be very oily overlooking the sea & sunset. Demitri & Eva & staff helpful. Hotel bedroom (we upgraded) very large & comfortable, tv, kettle, fridge, walk in shower, plenty of wardrobe space & nice lighting with a big balcony. Enjoyed 1st week but location is not good & difficult to find things to do especially in the evening. K & C 19th May 2022.

Best staff& BEST FOOD! We have been returning to this hotel for approx 5/6 years. My mother and I love it here. This is out go to holiday each year.
