After my booking when i arrived to hotel and i shocked. Because hotel manager showed me different room than i booked. I booked deluxe room and manager showed me room that 1 meter to 1,5 meters room and no toilet/bath etc. In fact not real room, just a hole with in the 3 walls.. Keep away from this room and this street. Street was also awful, smells urine and everywhere homeless people..

People in reception do not speak English. The toilets and showers are SO grim I had to shower with shoes on. The check out time was 12 noon and the woman from reception came to our room to say we should be out by 10am as someone else was coming to take our room... what?? RUDE! Do not come here... honestly

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and granted it is fairly cheap and located somewhere near the Center of town... But that is literally ALL it has going for it! We would NEVER stay here again!! And I would never wish this hotel on my worst enemy! I have been backpacking alot and I have seen some bad places, but this is worse than any hostel i have been at. (you might think im exaggerating, but honestly this is not a good place). The neighborhood it is in is horrible, there are drunk people and homeless everywhere along with it being a slum. The hosts very not accomodating at all, they actually seemed annoyed at the fact that we stayed there.. The toilet/bathroom was continously without toilet paper and filthy! The room was insanely small and the lamps etc. on the walls looked like they were all about to fall down! I have more but to round off, we had to ring the bell at the reception, ring the doorbell, knock on the hosts appartement door and call the hotel to check out.. And even with all this we still didn't find anyone to check out with.. So we just left the key! Seriously consider staying somewhere else during your time in Athens!

I was there for 3 nights and if u expect comfort, please search for another hotel. The only time i saw the receptionist was when i checked in. The room was small but ok. You will have no own bathroom but that was ok because it seemed i was the only person in the hotel the whole time. The neighbourhood was the most awkward thing: it was dirty, loud and full of men from the Middle East and Pakistan/India. The walls are full of ugly graffiti and the hotel is hard to find without navigation. If you look for a small base where you can just sleep, it is ok but if you want a real hotel with real service, search for another place.

This little hotel is cheap and,a bit run down but safe, clean enough and bed was excellent. Staff was friendly. Only the bathroom lets it down. Just one on the second floor shared by 12 rooms. The shower is hot but gets the floor wet. Door wouldnt lock because door frame broke. Toilet paper disappears. Best to bring your own.

This is the worst hotel i have ever been in, in my entire life. I arrived there 11am and had to wait outside with my luggage for over 30 minutes before someone turned up to work and opened the door for me. The lady kept yelling at me and saying she doesn’t have my reservation even after I have showed here the confirmations on my email. She doesn’t understand a single word of english but is at the reception. She eventually gave me a room that is at the door way. With no heating. There was a mini heater and she took it away. Toilet was upstairs while i was on the ground floor. Room was very tacky, never been in such a situation in my life. I would advise anyone i know never to book here. Rather sleep at the airport.

Hotel's location is good, close to the city center, but it's also situated in a shady neighbourhood where heroin and crack addicts reside (got this info from a tour guide). This being said, I had no problems with anyone, even when arriving late at night. Room prices are really cheap but the hotel could use some improvements (light bulb in the room was busted and had to replace it myself, also had to buy my own toilet paper and the window was broken & couldn't be opened). If you're not fussy about things you'll be okay here. If you expect top service and comfort better stay elsewhere.
