A	Ahmad Abl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel, clean, friendly staff Swimming pool at the top with a great view on Athens. The rooms are freshly renovated For the price it's a good deal. The breakfast has nothing special but it's varied The location is not amazing but very acceptable in comparison with the others hotels in the area. I put 5 stars for the value for money !
J	James on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BUYER BEWARE! For the price, hotel was as expected. Slightly run-down and not in the best part of town. Linens were clean but walls were VERY thin. Not good for light sleepers as I heard noise from both adjoining rooms throughout the night. Worst of all: hotel recommended COVID 'testing location' that was actually a pharmacy owned by staff's family. Insisted that it was the correct test to get into the US via the UK however paper provided was rejected at the airport. When I messaged property they basically said its not their problem. A better response would have been 'we'll look into it and let future guests know'. I'm sure they make money off of the tests so, again, you get when you pay for-- just be careful if you need the test to get back to your country because it may strand you.

The carpets look quite bad The roof bar/pool has an amazing view, but it's not a place to chill and enjoy said view. With no lounges and no much space to enjoy the sun. The balcony in the room was useless.. not because I was unlucky to be facing the ugly building, but as well it didn't have tables/chair, nor did it look like it has been cleaned in a while. The rooms haven't had much refurbishment in decades, and that's clearer by the fact there is only 1 electricity outlet in the room.. the area is rough, but that's not on the hotel The hotel is missing everything you expect in a hotel. Decent place to stay in for one night, bad idea for longer stays in Athens

J	Jacob Katz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When we arrived as a group of 4 the employee at the desk said to me “you booked a single and a double room”. I replied with “no I booked 2 double rooms”. He looked at me and very rudely said “I know these things. You ordered a single room so don’t make things up”. I showed him my booking which is 2 doubles and he rolled his eyes and offered no apology which was naturally a bad start. We had breakfast at the hotel this morning. 3 of 4 people in our party had one specific item and all 3 have been sick since. Also we were very unimpressed with the quality of the breakfast as many items were stale or poorly cooked. I sent these concerns on the Booking app and never received a response so must admit I am very disappointed with this stay.

We didn't use any vehicle and we were all around the Akropolis and Monastiraki and more places just by foot.The view from the Roof Bar in 12 floor is also very nice. The room was very clean and nice. The staff was excellent .
