And I did 10 classes. After that I could try yoga in London, Brazil and Buenos Aires and these classes in Crete was in a top place. Thanks Dimitris and when I come to Crete again sure I will take some classes.

The studio space is light and airy and gives one a sense of peace and serenity. As someone who has been doing Yoga for many years in several different countries with various teachers, I feel that this space and community is very, very, special.

I felt so connected during each of his classes, that words cannot describe. Whatever your level is, I highly recommend you take his classes, it will be a blissful experience. This year I went to his studio for tai yoga massage and a yin yoga class. Dimitri offers a beautiful and safe container for healing on many levels. His approach is gentle yet deep. The studio is comfortable, simple and a great location with parking. For private or group classes, at your location or the studio, I highly recommend reaching out.

Dimitris is a wonderful teacher with deep knowledge of the practice and his classes are an experience that is authentic and meaningful. He shares his wisdom in a very caring way, always helping me to find more space and to go deeper into the postures, and always encouraging me to progress and see beyond what I thought my limits are. His adjustments are precise, mindful and energising and this helps me to gain so much insight on different asanas. Every lesson is a truly inspiring experience. The studio is a warm and friendly space where you feel safe and at peace with classes for complete beginners through to advanced practitioners.
