B	Bejaoui Hiba on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could make 10 stars i will do , it is the best hotel so far , we got an amazing room with sea view when we could catch the sunrise. The host offered us the best tips to enjoy Santorini ?❤️ I highly recommend it and we will come back for sure ?
A	Ari Edry on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Host is very nice person, always up to our requests! Considered our flight delay without extra charge and helped us navigate through the Attraction. Apart from that the view is lovely and the place is pretty quiet and clean you can basically live there ?
T	Tina Kuo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Condescending, unhelpful staff and maintenance problems but nice pools--so you better not need anything from them. We appreciate that they upgraded our apt but neither the jacuzzi nor one of AC's worked, and it took 2 days and 3 different attempts for someone to actually look and NOTHING was ever fixed or even addressed. Staff was abrupt and uninterested in giving tips unless it meant renting cars or a private rides from them. To get to town you have to walk 15- min through roads or trashed, overgrown paths. Cheaper option on the island but next time I'd rather pay more for actual professional, warm service and better location

I am not justifying their frustration towards customers, however upper management (Owner) should hire more personnel and start taking care of his employees. The require more maintenance in their electrical system. The pools are excellent.

The view is beautiful and since there are 2 swimming pools you have space. Even if the road is dark, I feel safe to come back at night. The staff is really nice and helpful.

We stayed in this hotel for 9 nights and at the end of our stay someone from the cleaning stuff stole my wife’s wedding ring (we just got married and the ring was brand new).We know exactly where it was before the cleaning stuff came. We are absolutely sure they stole it. The owners of the hotel had no interest of dealing with that after we said them. Didn’t offer any compensation or apology. They absolutely don’t care about their guests! Also during all our stay the staff were very arrogant. The kitchen was not equipped at all. Absolutely the worst accommodation we have ever been! Really do not come to this hotel!!! They only want money. That’s all they care about.
N	Naomi Lemmert on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We enjoyed very much, staff was friendly and so nice with our two pets (cat and dog) very rare for greek hotels/b&b etc The suite was cosy and comfortable, inspired on the morrocan tadelakt. Amazing unobstructed few! Walking distance from Fira's center! The homemade marmalade for breakfast was delicious!
e	emily hawker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Owner charged us an extra €70 euros per night for our 2 small children despite booking for 4 of us via Agoda, claiming they only had the booking for 2 adults. I showed them my confirmation emails but they were having none of it. The room we were allocated was the same room we had booked, which was very basic and run down. Despite the fact that they charged us more, the room was not set up for 4 with only 3 chairs, 3 sets of towels, 2 glasses….. Do not book this accommodation as it is likely you will be ripped off!!
