G	Gabriele Bernardini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I wanted to rent a car in Santorini, and our hotel owner tried to talk us into renting one through his travel agency. This seems to be quite common, as hotels seem to be keen to try and make additional profit on these types of services by charging a commission fee without actually providing a good deal to their customers. Luckily we shopped around and found this place. Unlike many other places where the price is variable based on negotiation and entirely made up, Autorent have a very transparent pricing policy which we very much appreciated. The staff showed us the rental prices on their online system, applied a 15% discount and gave us a further discount on top of that. We purchased full Collision Damage Waiver. This has a 400€ excess which we were happy with, as we bought an online annual excess waiver policy which covers for that. However, even if we had taken the option to have zero excess, the whole rental would have been cheaper than what we found elsewhere. The car was in good condition, and we didn’t have any issue whatsoever. The booking process was quick and easy, and returning the car didn’t take a minute. Totally recommended!

No problem overall and even if we came a bit earlier than planned at the airport for our return a simple call and he was here in less than 10mins to take back the car. Very simple and friendly!

But because I have not made any advance payment the booking was not valid and no Compact class car was available. Mr Dimitris was very supportive and offered us a car from a superior class at the same price. We were very pleased with the car, clean and almost new. Very professional services from the company and especially Mr Dimitris. Highly recommended!

I didn’t catch the owners name, but he was very nice. Picked us up from town and drove us back after dropping off the car. The car was typical Greek island clunker (It was a tiny Lancia). But it ran and had air conditioning . What else do you need ? Price was by far the best I found. Much cheaper than the big named outfits.
