Very good, but sadly went with the meat plate instead of taverna dishes like stifado or moussaka. Meat was very good, their other dishes should be even better.

Food was ok, but not as good as the Google reviews make out. Kitchen/inside was untidy and a bit dirty. On the plus side, the setting is beautiful.

Genuinely amazing find in the gorgeous centre of Chania. Delicious, authentic Greek food at very reasonable prices. Our waitress was amazing, best restaurant experience after two weeks in Crete. Gorgeous location as well, in a charming alley of the town centre. Make sure to bring cash as well.

Great little place with just a few tables. We ordered seafood platter for two (€34) and some house wine. The amount of food was enormous and the food itself was delicious. In the end we paid only €33 because the got mainly fish and they run out of most of the seafood. Totally recommend!

Nice place hidden in one of the streets in chania old town, away from the rivers of people.... The owner recommended 3-4 dishes and we loved them all! The place is called differently though, Argo taberna.

Lovely, little place, in one of the smaller alleys of Chaniá’s old town. Bougainville growing overhead to provide shade and very personable service. We had a seafood risotto and a salad, which was fresh and allround yum. Cat’s strolling about in a quiet setting. Recommended for a lazy lunch.

It's a nice little family run tavern/rustic restaurant with a few tables scattered in an alleyway. Needless to say, the ambiance is very nice. It's cute, cosy and simple. I went and visited this place in early April, which would be considered off season which is why I'm a little disappointed with the missing items on the menu. Didn't have any vine leaves, saganaki and porkchops left unfortunately, so I had to select other dishes from the menu which I was little disappointed by sadly. Ice tea wasn't good at all by the way, avoid it. Also, many cats often roam around since people typically feed them. They're not of any bother but good to know if you have an allergy.

Delicious! I've had the Imam (Stuffed aubergine with veggies and cheese) with garlic bread. Really really good! And the staff is very nice also, definitely recommend this place
