The food was delicious and the portions fit for 2 people. They offer dessert on the house such as fruits and raki (cretan alcoholic spirit). We had a great octopus with beans, fried calamari, and chicken fillet. Even the fried potatoes are out of this world. The service is impecable and there is a cold breeze to keep you cool from the hot afternoon. The owners call it a "mini restaurant", but it could possibly be among the best restaurants in Rethimno.

I	Iiro V on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed In Rethymno for a week and my accommodation was a 30 minute walk away from the old town. Still, I came to here to eat for multiple times. Very friendly and attentive service and really tasty food. I am usually sceptical about places in the mid of tourist attractions but this one proved to be an exception. Pretty much everything I tried was amazing. Ok, the garlic bread could have been more garlicy for my taste, but that’s about it. Definitely recommended!

Friendly and helpful stuff, good local wine and delicious food in reasonable prices. After the dinner, we were given fruits and raki from the house. Totally worth it!

This place was superb & I cannot recommend it enough; it was by far the best meal we had during our entire Greece trip. The service is very polite and friendly - they were slammed Saturday so we booked early Sunday. The place is small, & slightly off the main road so feels more intimate. They cater for vegetarians, and I think we sampled most of the menu. The bathroom is all automated so don't need to touch the tap, soap, dryer etc. Wonderful! Absolute stand-outs were the smoky eggplant, Cretan dakos, Cretan apaki, sweet greek peppers, spinach pie, but the grilled Menouri was so divine that we ordered two. We had a complimentary raki & fruit platter at the end, which was a wonderful way to finish. The prices are insanely reasonable, so do tip generously. Book in advance or go early, and have an absolutely wonderful meal.
