Great food excellent staff very friendly going back next year

Amazing hotel. Facilities are top of the range. We had a massage at the spa which was amazing. The best bit is the staff who can't do enough for you! Truly an amazing holiday that I would recommend to anybody. 5 star!

Pleasant and clean environment. Nice service. Kitchen and bar cocktails were great. Access to the sea the best in the area! Too bad only covid restrictions, but it's not the hotel's fault :)

Amazing 18+ hotel. I can’t see anything negative. Our holiday was perfect. Nice room, two pools with comfy sunbeds and the hotel is directly on the beach. You can choose sandy beach or one with stones (where you can see many kinds of fish).

This is the first time we have been on Holiday at this location we found the whole time we spent here fantastic. This is only the second time we have holidayed on a Greek island and would thougherly recommend it

This hotel has a TUI 5 rating, do not compare this rating to a 5 star hotel you may have been to before. Rooms, not really to a high standard with the room door not being in anyway sound proof so be prepared to stay awake till late. We complained due to having a swim up room but the room didn't get the sun till 5pm, was cold and sunbathing non existent, we were kindly moved but to a smaller room, but appreciated more sunshine. Service, we had to complain about the service in the main restaurant where they remove your plate whilst your still chewing your last mouthful, you won't go 5 mins without someone dropping something, bar staff and waiting staff will ignore you even if you are standing at the bar, they will clear the table of empties but then run away without asking if you want another drink. Location, Plano's has nothing, just souvenir shops and restaurants. Beach in front of hotel was very rocky, even though signs said differently. No coastal paths like you would have back home or in other European countries we have been to. There were some exceptions to the above, TUI reps, reception staff, 3 restaurant waiting staff and the guys down at the snack bar were amazing, and the food was of a good standard but was sometimes cold. Spa staff were friendly and the daily back massages on the sun beds were welcomed. We spoke with other guests whilst we stayed and all said the same things as I have mentioned above. Often asked if we would go back, definitely not, we enjoyed our honeymoon because we just wanted the time away and having time to ourselves, we just made it work with minimal stress.
