Lovely hotel and staff. Great location. Only thing that let it down was the noise from the pool area late at night. We eventually got moved to a quieter and nicer room not on ground level and this was much better there. If you get given a ground floor room with a terrace facing the pool you are in trouble lol!

Stayed for 2 weeks beginning of June. This was our second visit to the hotel The hotel is always lovely and clean rooms are cleaned daily and are spacious Room 228 has a double 2 single beds 3 wardrobes kettle micro hairdryer 2 TVs and a shower cubicle in the bathroom Always a good choice of food. Hubby a fussy eater but always found something to eat The children’s entertainment team are good and get people involved The only downfall is the nighttime entertainment which wasn’t that good there is non at the hotel you have to go to the sister hotel Aqua Bay 5 minutes up the road it is on a weekly rota so if you book for 2 weeks it’s boring After 11pm you have to pay for your drinks as all inclusive stops then Would I return again not so sure

Had an amazing holiday with my 2 girls 15/12 yrs felt very safe here lots to do for them water park games room beach 5 mins away day trip lots to do. Lovely rooms well cleaned at all times. Staff and reps really went out there way. use are amazing ! Loved partying with use, really looked after us Thanks use made our holiday ? xx shall defiantly return......

The hotel was appropriate, however the staff had no control over the guests. There was no entertainment apart from 30 minutes of mini disco in the evenings, and you had to walk right off sight for it. Food was mediocre, but acceptable. Staff were polite and helpful, but we felt like the place was missing something. Definitely would NEVER go back to Planos Bay.

This was our first time to this hotel this Booked through Tui Holidays all inclusive this summer August 2020 , we were a group of 24 peoples including kids, Irish residents with Romanian nationalities, nice hotel was our first impression, nice pool, the outside bar staff was so polite and smiling especially Andreas! Nice guy and was another Albanian lady there she was top class worker, keeping the hotel standards to its best , second day we had planned to go to see the ship wreck out on the boat and all our group was leaving the hotel early, staff hotel provided us the breakfast to take away... in one cardboard box one slice of bread, one jam, one honey , one apple , one small apple pie and one bottle of water .. on the way back we had arrived to the hotel around 2:20 and we have asked the front desk receptionist that we are still allowed to go to to the lunch as the restaurant was closing at 2:30 and he said that we were ok to get in, by the time we went in was around 2:25, we went inside and start queuing for getting our food my self and one child, my wife and another child was waiting at the table , the restaurant supervisor that was greeting all clients and she was makIng sure that all are using disinfected gel was going to the kook chef and she was giving out to him to remove all the food out as was getting late... we were still queuing for food ... and he remove it one plate with roasted meats, and he comes back and took the rest of it away... my daughter was asked me why we can not have anything to eat from that section? Any way i said we go and we get what was left... she had plane spaghetti and then had some other risotto with some beans ... we had to share this with the rest of my family ....after we have payed all inclusive... after that we went to speak with the hotel manager to explain this matter... she replied that was our fault that we het there late... and she was so rude.. after telling her that i will write a complaint on google and on Tui website she start to lower her voice a bit... i would not recommend this hotel at all !!! Restaurant Staff seems to be upset all the time and tired treating clients as objects not smiling at all... front desk manager very rude... from me and the rest of our group that are refusing to write a complain, i give one star to this 3 Star hotel... i don’t think deserve 4 star ! All inclusive is not all inclusive here! If you come for water and nice weather is ok but don’t expect good treatment to this hotel! We would definitely not coming back here never!

Cleanliness excellent, good choice of food, the staff are very cheerful and helpful, lovely family friendly hotel. Definitely would come back.

Rooms pretty basic, service was great and staff were very nice. Location was a little way out from the tsilivi centre although it was great that the waterpark was a really short walk away.

From the minute we got here the staff were all so welcoming and kind which is always lovely. The rooms are not up to date at all, the bathroom leaks and the standard of cleanliness is the bare minimum from our first day and the cleaners throughout. The cleaners did not change the bed sheets once at all since we were here. Which we were lead to believe they did. The breakfast, lunch and dinner was awful. The bread was stale as it was left out for days with no cover. The variety of food is 100% not a world wide buffet which they boast about a lot; it is just plain, not cooked well food. Being here for 10 days all inclusive we at least thought the meals would have changed but they didn’t, so if you are thinking of getting all inclusive, I wouldn’t. We spend mostly every day eating out as the food was atrocious. The snack bar (buffet which isn’t even a buffet) out in the pool area was awful too, the bread was rock solid from being sat under a hot lamp for so long and seemed to be days old. The drinks that they say are cocktails really aren’t. You have to pay for the majority of drinks, that are nice anyway. The entertainment was okay, sat downstairs once and they don’t really interact with anyone but the entertainment staff the self. They have small signs about NOT reserving sun beds in the pool area which I think they need to tell guests on arrival and have lots more signs around the sunbeds too. We stayed there for 10 days and only the last day was the day we actually got to sit by the pool, before hand waiting an hour on the chairs for one to come available. When there was over half the sunbeds with personal belongings on but no one near them, even 5 hours later no sign of them. The one positive thing I can say about this place is that the staff at reception and staff at the bar area were lovely, very welcoming and friendly and helpful when needed. There is a beach near by which is only a 5 minute walk. Very nice clear water and was an enjoyment every day we went there.
