If you are looking for a great hotel with excellent food and service.. this hotel is second to none there's no better. The reason for the 4 star rating is the fact that having stayed at various 5 star hotels, this is quite small and there is no wow factor. The rooms are at best 4 star standard and we had a sea view room also. There are other rooms without that are tucked quite out of the way and others overlooking the evenings entertainment/restaurant area. As described above, the food and service were by far the best I've had at a hotel they just seemed to have nailed it. The drinks were great, so much choice and there is always a staff member or at least most of the time there to take your order. There was a bit of a mix up with the a la carte which one of the staff initially told us we got wrong (although it's not something we would both forget plus we checked the previous day). However, this issue was rectified and they got us in the following day at the time we wanted. The room service was great and checked to see if we needed extra drinks for the fridge etc. The maintenance man was called at one point as we had no hot water but turned out to be a minor issue as we only had to wait a short while for it to be back up and running (wouldn't have known though unless I asked as the maintenance man walked out of the room leaving it cold and didn't say nothing to us as we just heard the door shut). There was a male member of staff from management (quite tall not sure of his name), a really nice guy who is very attentive and always took his time out to come and speak to us to make sure we was ok. He really was a credit to the hotel. In all honesty the entertainment was not good at all. There were 2 nights out of the 7 that were pretty good. Both of them in fact were greek singers. The only entertainment provided were singers and some were really bad something you'd expect to see at a 3 star so I'd say that 100% needs improving. The activities also were very bland and didn't have a great deal of variety. If you are from up north or don't mind northerners this hotel is for you, not sure whether it was just so early in the season to be honest. There were just certain things including the hotel itself/rooms/entertainment that didn't scream 5 star but the service for sure is! I'd recommend this hotel yes, for what it was, it's exactly what was needed and we had a lovely break.

Everything was absolutely perfect and the staff are amazing! Nothing is too much trouble for anybody. The cleanest and friendliest hotel I have ever been to. Pure relaxation!!!

Just got home from a week in Zante Maris, it was our first adults only holiday and well, from the moment you get to the hotel the excellent staff make you feel so welcome, with cold towels and a glass of fizz, then off to your room where your cases are already there for you. We had a sea facing jacuzzi room which was lovely, the view is amazing, clean room, lovely rain shower and double sinks in bathroom. There is a safe which is easy to use, a mini fridge which is stocked with soft drinks, water and cola, tea/coffee making facilities . Rooms are cleaned daily and sheets done every few days. There are loads of sun loungers on the beach and the waiters come to you and takes your orders and bring them to you. The food was lovely, loads on offer, fresh cooking stations too. The staff all made you feel so welcome and always happy and smiling, big shout out to all staff but I only got a few names to mention are Theo and Costas in the beach bar, Orpheus who was in the beach taking orders and Sara, Alena and Dimitri in the main restaurant who all were so lovely and helpful. My sister and I stayed here in August 2021 and would definitely recommend the hotel to those wanting to visit Zante. We had a sea view and jacuzzi room which is without a doubt worth the upgrade. The food at the buffet was delicious at breakfast and dinner (I especially loved the beef stifado), and the beach house is a great spot for lunch. We enjoyed the culinarium restaurant too where we had 5 courses! There's a wide range of cocktails which were all very good. The sea by the hotel is so clear and calm, great for swimming. The beach can get quite busy but we found the pool area had a much more relaxed atmosphere, and the sunbeds are so comfortable. We enjoyed the activities provided by the hotel such as French Boules and Wine Tasting. The staff work so hard and they're all lovely! We would definitely return to this hotel in the future.

We have recently just returned from our holiday to Zante Maris where we had stayed, the hotel is beautiful and the staff were absolutely amazing, they couldn’t do enough for you! It was myself and my cousins first holiday abroad without our parents so we were quite nervous but the staff made us feel so welcome it was amazing, however the people who were staying too we’re very judgemental towards us, as soon as we walked into the restaurant areas in the evening, we would have eyes on us the whole time which made us feel very uncomfortable every night as this was constant, on our last night someone had complained about my top, this made me feel very uncomfortable and had ruined my experience, luckily the staff had said it was fine and they had no problem with it. There weren’t many youngsters there hence why we had a lot of eyes on us, there was more snobby, old couples there instead so I would recommend somewhere else more young for the youngsters, but the hotel itself was beautiful so thanks again to the staff, you were amazing.

We had a fabulous holiday for a week in may from when we were first welcomed to the hotel with a drink and our suitcases were taken to our room. The staff were all so friendly and attentive at all times and we enjoyed ordering drinks at the beach. The restaurant had a great choice of food daily and we had fresh omelettes made for breakfast. My husband had a massage at the spa and thoroughly recommends it! Our only issue was no soap in our room which was put right straight away. The mini bar in the room was replenished daily which was fab too. I wonder also if the hotel could have water dispensers in the hotel main areas as a lot of plastic water bottles are used ? We would definitely come back to this hotel and tsilivi. Thank you to all the team !

Myself and my husband have just came back from this lovely hotel for our honeymoon and I can honestly say it was the best holiday we’ve ever had. From the minute we got there we were seated to have a welcome drink and bags brought to the room, we got taken to our room by Theo (the assistant manager) and throughout our stay he was the most lovely person, he always had a smile on his face despite his long hours and even though he is a manager we always seen him wiping tables, taking drinks orders and making sure every single guest was comfortable which is quite humbling to see, he is a testament to the hotel and he should be proud of the work he does. Every member of staff at the hotel is amazing, they always have a smile, always have time for a chat and always try make your stay the best it can be. What I will say is if your a guest, please be nice to the staff, they work very long hours and they make your stay, we seen quite a few people be rude to the staff (for no reason, they were just ignorant people) but the staff always remained professional and I didn’t once encounter any member of staff who was rude. We had a swim up inland view room and although the reviews said it was bad, it was the opposite. We were in room 218 and we had sun until 2, shade after that which worked out lovely as we had a nice cool room in the evening, the food was lovely, there wasn’t a time we went hungry and there was always loads to choose from. The entertainment was great too, something different every night with the staff even getting involved at times which was lovely to see. (Some old grumpy guests that don’t clap and just roll their eyes but you always get people like that wherever you go) just clap along, cheer for the acts and get involved!! We stayed here for a week and can honestly say we will miss it dearly, not just the hotel or the area but the STAFF!! They were honestly amazing, special shout outs to Theo, an amazing man who we will miss, our favourite member of bar staff...mr cool hat (he knows who he is and so will you if you’ve been at the hotel ?) & all the restaurant staff (literally every one) who were so lovely and attentive. Can’t recommend the hotel enough xx

Beautiful hotel service was outstanding all staff work very hard and do everything to make your holiday special. Very very friendly staff even the Mangers. Food was an excellent selection ? ? can even see the chefs cooking. Rooms have everything that you need towels linen changed very regularly and spotless clean every where. A hotel that is highly recommended ? ? private beach ⛱ and beautiful scenery
