★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with usave was very dissapointing. The service was terrible, the car was very very dirty. It was smelling like dog and the car mats were full of dog hair. On the day I returned the car I had to push them to give me the receipt on the spot. The company is not organized at all and the employess are impolite. The only good thing was the low price compared to other car rentals. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the reasons we were originally attracted to this company is that they were offering more reasonable rates. When returning the car at the end of our trip, they charged us 125 euros for a pre-existing scratch, claiming that we had to pay for damages. Given this experience, we will take our business elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented a 4 door. When I got there they didn't have one and gave me a two door and said that our luggage fit( luggage fit with no back seat). Made us come back the next day to pick up a bigger car. The car was so beat up I had to record it so they wouldn't say I did the damage.
A/C stopped working on a island and I had to run around to fix it, after that it only worked on high. Battery terminals were loose which again I had to fix. They were late at the airport to pick it up almost missed my flight. I guess you get what you pay for. Stay away. Pay alittle more and rent from a company that is actually at the airport for convenience and quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We parked our car for ten (10) nights here during our vacation. Good value for the money and cheap from other businesses. Although they are a little far away from the airport. Free drop Off to the airport and pick up when you arrive. Just need to inform them that you are on your way to drop your car and also call them when you arrived in the airport. The place is safe and secure. <3

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional. They gave us the car with almost an empty tank and the tires needed air. We went to the gas station ourselves to refuel. We put 60 euros and then we realised that the ac was not working and it was 40 Degrees. Returned back to resolve this and we waited for almost two hours for them to give us another car. The employee told us that the difference of the 60 euros will be returned to us at the day we will bring back the car. We are still waiting a month later for them to send the refund back and the still haven't. Avoid at all costs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would never ever rent from them again. Here is why:
Two weeks before the rental, we called and told them that we would be late for the pick-up (18:00 instead of 11:00). By the time we arrived, the car (Minivan Nissan Evalia) was no longer available (they had rented it out even though we informed them about the late arrival). As a replacement, we got an old Ford Focus (10 years plus) with 150'000km on the clock. For a familiy of 5 with luggage, this was very uncomfortable.
In short:
- the booked car was not available
- the car we received was old and too small
- it took over 3hours to get the alternative car
- it took 6 phone calls to finally get the rental agreement
- organizing the drop off again took 4 calls and 5 emails

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do not recommend to select this rental car.
1) they didn't arrive at the airport on time
2) they write on the front page that you can have unlimited milage but if you rent for less than 2 days you have a limit of 100 km. They asked to pay for extra 130 euro on top of what selected and payed before
3) we had a problem with a tire, with no deliberate unsafe behavior, and finally we were forced to pay for a new wheel (100 €)
The worst rental company ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience. Called before booking to ask if there are spots available and the lady that talked to me told me there are free spots available. After confirming the booking and the payment the same lady calls again to say that there are no spots available and that they cannot help me with a refund completely disregarding the mistake and not helping at all to find a solution. After a while of talking to the lady and not finding a solution a man called me (probably her husband) to say they cant help and to solve the problem on my own. Completely unprofessional in all the process and disrespectful in the communications. Stay away
