We had such a great stay at Uma Ray Suites. Only wish it was longer! The hotel is great - absolute luxury, and amazing value compared to others around it. Super comfy beds (both in the room and the pool area), clean, and peaceful. The service is superb - Vikki was really friendly and helpful, and even managed to check us in early. No complaints at all, a fabulous stay.

The hotel is absolutely fabulous! The staff at the hotel were all so nice and went above and beyond to help us have a great stay in Santorini. The location is great, just a short walk from the bus station. There is a supermarket and lots of cafes close as well. Pool is great too. Highly recommended!

Highly recommended. Spent 5 days here and had an amazing time. The staff is incredibly friendly, supportive and thoughtful. The building is clean and beautiful. The location is just a few steps from a beautiful walkway that runs through the city from one end to the other.

Location is perfect But the view from the room wasn't nice and the room was quite small and dark. Loved the breakfast and the warm pool

We had a fabulous stay at Uma Ray suites in Santorini. Our room was changed and made up daily and the staff at the reception were very helpful with accommodating our needs. They were all so nice! The hotel is a short walk from a supermarket, coffee shop, bakery and many restaurants and bars. It's a great location for being close to the city center while still in a quiet area. We enjoyed sitting by the pool during our stay and ordering drinks from reception. The downstairs area has a huge seating area with communal bathrooms and showers. The staff was easy to communicate with while booking and arranged for airport transfer both ways, which we really appreciated! We'd definitely stay here again!

We stayed for 4 nights and every day was amazing! Staff were friendly and helpful, even accommodating an early breakfast for us and arranging transport to the airport for our early flight. Very comfortable bed with a clean, trendy atmosphere. Location was perfect for a walk to restaurants and shops.

My partner and I have just enjoyed an amazing 7 night stay at Uma Ray Suites. The hotel is situated in a perfect location, within close walking distances of the Supermarket and main square of Fira. We were placed in the room on the outside of the hotel which was a great size and had its own patio area. The room was cleaned and fresh towels were provided everyday. The only thing I would say is that if you are a light sleeper, this room might not be ideal for you, as you can hear cars driving past at night and the music from the breakfast room in the morning. The hotel has 2 pools, one outside which has lots of seating and sun beds for everyone, and one inside which is heated slightly so we made use of it on the windy days and in the evenings. Towels are also provided when using the pools so you don’t even need to bring your own. Breakfast is continental style with a variety of different options everyday. You can choose from cereal, yoghurt and honey, fruit, pastry’s, toast and some hot food (eggs, bacon and sausages). Although, we found that the hot food went cold quickly. The staff at Uma Ray were extremely friendly and helpful. When we checked in, the receptionist gave us a map of Santorini and informed us of all the best places to visit and things to do. They are also on hand to arrange experiences and car/quad bike hires for you. Every time we used the pool someone came out straight away to offer us towels, they were very attentive. Overall, our stay was definitely worth the money and I would highly recommend it to other couples thinking of visiting Santorini.
