β β β β β Decent place to eat and rest, particularly after an extensive day in a free camping. The prices though are quite high for the food and service you receive, given the fact that is the only tavern in the whole island.

β β β β β This place is a joy. Good old-fashioned Greek traditional cooking in the most glorious location. Home-baked bread and savoury pies and a wide variety of delicious meat, fish, and vegetable dishes all served with relaxed and surprisingly swift aplomb in an array of shaded courtyards on a tiny island; everything you might hope from the Greek summer experience.

β β β β β Although it's the only tavern in the island, it offers a great selection of homely made dishes (including many vegetarian options). Prices are very affordable and the staff is very kind always eager to help. It also one of the few places to charge your phone in the island. We'll come back for sure!

β β β β β Great quality home made food in a nice tavern by the sea. hat else can you wish being on Kato Koufonisi? Quick service. We took an excellent GRILLED LOCAL FISH ON BED OF POTATOES and tried also PASTA WITH SLOW COOKED GOAT. Both dishes very yummy!! The prices are around 8- 10 euros, very affordable. Good quality wine. Do not forget to try their GREEK SALAD with the local goat cheese on top, a delight!!!
