★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update 2019: It's our 3rd time here and the only regret we have is, that its been too long since our last visit. It is as perfect as it was the last 2 times.
We've been there in 2013 and it was amazing.(seriously everything there was perfect) That amazing we are going to stay there this year again :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend these apartments. Really nice quiet area, the staff are super friendly, great pool and facilities. This is an ideal location to zip off to other areas - Balos, Falassarna, 15 mins in a car to each. It's worth hiring a car. When I come back to Crete I'll stay here again. Thanks Viglia Apartments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a lovely place, next to the sea. You can choose between swimming in the pool or from the beach. The rooms are clean with wonderful views over the bay and Cape Gramvoussa. The hostess is so friendly and welcoming, always ready to help and give good advices.
We loved the breakfasts in that great room with floor-to-ceiling-all-around windows, great views.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved this place. Spacious rooms with kitchenette inside. Very very clean. Amazing owners and staff. Great view from windows (even if partly sea view) and lovely breakfast - different everyday. Prices are very pleasant. Very nice surroundings 10 meters from the sea. New swimming pool. 5 minutes on a car to the port to visit Balos and 1 hour from Elafonisi. 5 minutes to a sandy beach. Remember: you need to hire a car, nearest restaurants and shops are 5-10 minutes by car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rina is wonderful and she is the queen of the Viglia apartment. The room is very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is very good, cake is home made and I suggest it. I suggest this location for accomodation!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place was superb, right by the sea with lovely views from the dining room and terraces. We were extremely well looked after and the breakfast was good, with plenty of choices. There was a very nice pool if the sea was a little rough but the beach was only a few yards away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. Evidently we discovered later after visiting the new Museum in Chania that footprints had been found on the rocks very nearby which were 60.05 million years old, wish we had known that! We wish the staff a good season and best wishes.
