Very nice hotel. Beautiful pool. Had acv rental store right next to our hotel. Able to visit few beaches. Santorini is beautiful. My husband and I had a great time. Thank you for your hospitality and that beautiful dog Julia I will never forget.

The staff is friendly and helpful, but the hotel is located in between towns and besides a major road, which produce quite a lot of noise. The swimming pool is really nice and there are bus stops, a car-scooter rental and an ATM close by.

A nice and calm place. A big and clean room and a small swimming pool for lazy days wend you don't want to go to the beach. The breakfast is not great, and I wouldn't go with their recommendations for excursions.

The pool area was quite good, and room was clean at the first glance, but armature were rusty. There were even ants inside. Check in were delayed by 2 hours. Not good, not bad.

We stayed with friends who have visited Santorini 5 times including their wedding. We spent nights awake counting the minutes until we could leave. We have since learned by feedback from taxi drivers and other hoteliers based on other people's experiences. It is a bad hotel. We had two rooms booked and our friends checked out after only 3 nights of 5 they paid for, had they had found another hotel earlier they would have left sooner.We could not find another hotel as we required a room of 4 people and could not find occupancy due to the lack of refund by the owners and it being peak season. The owners have a terrible dismissive attitude (mother and daughter), and would not own up to any responsibility and would not provide refund for their negligence.They began by telling you all the problems they have running the hotel and how any issues is not their fault . No apologies, kind word or understanding for two families traveling with small children distressed in the middle of the night. AC and Electricity did not work in one room on arrival at midnight and refusal by owners to assist as they "had been up since 6am!" The mother then proceeded to cry trying to make us feel bad followed by laughing when we suggested she couldn't expect us to pay for a room that had no electricity or air con . She then suggested it wouldn't be an issue to sleep outside by the pool as my children were crying as they were afraid of the dark. Not the best of starts after a delayed flight from the Middle East and arrival at midnight, which obviously got worse.The next day our room was unavailable for hours due to change the air con unit which was causing the power to short circuit. AC tripped on day 3 of the other room with error "E1" and would not be resolved until next day as it was 6pm in the evening! Hence prompt checkout after 3rd night. On day 4, Owner refused to hand over my son's shorts which fell into their garden. Owner initially went to get them then did a prompt u-turn and demanded 20€ to be handed over for drinks bill which would of been settled on check-out in any other establishment on the planet i.e. Blackmail and the drinks were from Day 1 - only round we had as we waited to return to our room while the air con unit was being changed. Bathroom sink area kept filling up and slowly drained away, blocked u-bend. Door handles were rusted and ready to fall off.Toothpaste marks around sink and mirrors. Shower head had been clogged and not cleaned for some time. Owner blamed the salty water in Santorini. In these covid times the owner would not accept card payment and did not look for confirmation of passports or covid documents for tracking and tracing cases.

❌Do not stay here❌ We had too many issues: check in was moved to 2 hours later without informing us (they kept saying due to Covid). When room was eventually “ready”, we were greeted with intoxicating cleaning chemical smell. The sheets and pillows were moldy/humid looking, and dirty, the towels had stains on them, the bed side area had dust and hairs on it, my friend and I began to sanitize and wipe it down ourselves. Then the bathroom was not cleaned, there was hair everywhere, we called them to clean it, they did but they did not clean some areas like the tap handles. This is just not healthy in these Covid times. the straw that broke the camels back for me was that the shower drainage was backed up, so the water took a while to drain. So I packed my bags and went to ask for a refund of which they vehemently refused. I also did not back down. Moments later, one of the owners, the lady said my friend and I were the ones that dirtied the sheets. We were barely in the room for half hour. And then the other owner (the man) said we are asking for a refund because he would not rent us a scooter (we had gone to ask earlier for rental fees & I didn’t even know it was the same owner) ?. Lool I was shocked at their foolishness. After much back and forth and roaming charges speaking with hotels.com, I got my full refund PLUS some coupon to be applied to my next hotel booking. This hotel is TRASH!!!! Please do not stay there

That's the worst hotel i've ever seen. The first day when we arrived, the room was completly dirty : hair on the bed and the pillow, piece of dried tomatoes on the couch, dirt on the floor and even the bathroom wasn't clean with stains in the toilet and on the mirror. The ladies who run the hotel didn't understand at all when we showed them and they barely speak english so it's almost impossible to communicate. We tried to get a refund but they didn't want to give our money back so we didn't have a choice but to stay. Unfortunatly, they were more surprises : the AC didn't work many days, water was dripping everywhere on the floor because of their freezer and the best of all, they yelled at us when we left a little bit of sand in the bathroom. Of course they didn't clean the room every day for a certain reason. Don't chose this "hotel" if you want to have a good time and enjoy your vacation in Santorini.

The place is not bad from the outside, but the dirt is everywhere inside. The towels are grey, the floors and the tables are not cleaned and disinfected. The noise from the street is bothering, the wifi is working only near the reception. The staff is friendly and the price is low for Santorini. Because of the cleanliness I can’t give 2 stars, but price - quality is worth 2 stars.
