★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed in May 2022. The villa is beautiful and so well maintained and sparkling clean, inside and out. Regina and her family made us feel very welcome.
So many seating options and terraces outside, meaning there’s always somewhere to sit in the sun and the shade, depending on your preference. You have a sea view from the two upstairs terraces.
The private outdoor areas are huge, flanked on one side by a mature olive grove and on the other by a wildflower meadow. There is a huge jasmine which smells amazing and lots of productive fruit trees - lemons, peaches etc.
We had great weather and so made use of the air con which was whisper quiet. There are insect screens on all the doors, keeping the villa insect-free.
Restaurants are a 3 minute walk away and a beach is a 5 minute walk. The villa is really secure as it has electric gates. I took my bike and Agia Efimia is a great location from which to explore the island.
We loved it and hope to return soon.
