Χρησιμοποιείται από τη φιλαρμονική του Δήμου ωστόσο σαν κτίριο θα πρέπει να του δείξουμε περισσότερη αγάπη ώστε να συνεχίσει να είναι κέντρο πολιτισμού. Είναι δείγμα της ζωής μιας ευκατάστατης οικογένειας της πόλης στα τέλη του 19ου αιώνα με υπέροχες τοιχογραφίες που "μπάζει" νερά σε κάθε βροχή! Χρίζει άμεσα αναπαλαίωση πριν να είναι αργά.
Very beautiful neoclassical building at the end of Iroon Polytechnic overlooking the sea. It is used by the Philharmonic of the Municipality, however, as a building we must show it more love so that it continues to be a center of culture. It is a sample of the life of a well-to-do family in the city at the end of the 19th century with wonderful murals that "dip" water in every rain! It needs immediate restoration before it is too late.
