Y	Yianna Karava on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Άθλια εξυπηρέτηση. 2 φορές που παρήγγειλα φακούς επαφής (διαφορετικής εταιρίας και υλικού) καθυστέρησαν ένα μήνα να τους φέρουν με την πρόφαση ότι έρχονται από το εξωτερικό. Επειδή έχω μεγαλώσει σε επαρχία, ποτέ οι φακοί δεν καθυστέρησαν πάνω από δύο εβδομάδες και μεσολαβούσε και μεταφορά με πλοίο. Plus, δεν κόβουν αποδείξεις αν εσύ δεν επιμένεις. Poor service. Twice when I ordered contact lenses (of different company and hardware) they were a month late in bringing them under the pretext that they were coming from abroad. Because I grew up in the countryside, the lenses were never delayed for more than two weeks, and shipping was mediated. Plus, they don't cut receipts if you don't insist.

Όταν θέλουν να πουλήσουν είναι μέσα στα χαμόγελα και όταν παρουσιαστεί ένα πρόβλημα στο γυαλί καθόλου εξυπηρετικοι, αγενεστατοι , με απρεπη συμπεριφορά. Περίμενα δύο βδομάδες ένα τηλέφωνο τους για να δω τι γίνεται με το σκελετό μου και αν δε τους επαιρνα πίσω ακόμα θα κοιμόταν . Not even a star is worth it. When they want to sell they are in the smiles and when there is a problem in the glass at all helpful, indecent, inappropriate behavior. I waited two weeks for a phone to see what was going on with my skeleton and if I didn't bring them back I would still sleep.

Παρόλο τις δυσκολιες των lock down μέχρι και delivery μου εκαναν Ζωγράφου που μενω τους φακούς που παρήγγειλα και δώρο ενα υγρό μικρότερης συσκευασίας για να το δοκιμασω όπου ήταν οντως πολυ καλό και το χρησιμοποιω εκτοτε!! Πραγματικά εμεινα πολύ ευχαριστημενος! The store operates under a new management and has been transferred to Formionos 35! Really polite communicators and with very good prices! Despite the difficulties of lock down until delivery, they made me a painter who lives in the lenses I ordered and gave me a liquid of a smaller package to try it where it was really good and I use it since then !!
