Tui reps didn't have anything to do with us as there were young groups there so they avoided us at all cost. Everything else couldn't be faulted, would look into staying again as it was far enough away from the strip to be slightly quieter but close enough that we could still walk to the nightlife and beach if we wanted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent hotel, really friendly staff. Large relaxing pool (but still good for the party crowd) and a nice bar.
Being a TUI hotel the reps have been first class. Can't do enough to help you.
If you want a hotel close enough to the strip but far enough when you need to relax this is the place to go to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved the stay here. The rooms are simple but they have everything you need and they are cleaned every day.
The staff is really nice. The barmen and security guy are very friendly and comunicative, always ready to help. You can order food and drinks by the pool and the prices are quite good.
Definitely recomend you stay there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best hotel in Laganas! Very, very clean! Beautiful rooms with everything that we needed! Close to the beach and with amazing and clean swimming pool! The owners and the staff were very polite! And the security is 24/7 which makes you feel very safety about your accommodation!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Looking for reasons to charge you for everything you do. A chair gave way while my friend was sat on it and the security guard charged him €20 for it. It was a very old plastic chair that had become brittle. Toilet wouldn’t flush in our room. Shower head holder was broken so had to hold the shower head. Just a really basic, dated hotel
