Dennis is not a nice man. Do not use under any circumstances... No matter how cheap. Unfortunately Dennis gives people of Laganas a bad name. He owns a lot of businesses including apartments, 4 play bar, boats, and maybe more. Beware of anything called Dennis or associated to him and don't give money as it will be your problem. Normally don't write reviews but I don't want anybody else to experience what I And others have

We have been rented four quads for a day. All the quads was dangerous and powerless (in the mountains they can't climbed up), two one had bad lamps, one of them stopped more than two times and couldn't be restarted. The owner said the fuel is enough for 150 km, but after 100 the tank was empty. Because of the stopped and unrestartable quad the owner comed to us to repair and he promissed he will come to the quads the next morning to bring them back at 10 AM so we don't do anything just wait for him. But at 10 AM he called us and told us that he cannot go to us, we have had to bring the quads back. Thanks for this we late for a program we payed for. When we wanted compensations, he forgot to speak English. I don't recommend this rental.

I was warned about his dodgey rentals, and I still went to him giving him the benefit of the doubt. we went in a group of 4 quads, where 2 of them broke down and ran out of fuel although we all fuelled up at the same time for that journey. On the way back one just broke down every time it slowed down, so we had to wait for recovery in the dark. I had supposedly scratched one of the quads, and he demanded €100 euros from me with out considering the inconvenience his dodgey rentals gave us on our journey, stay far away from DENNIS THE MENACE!

Wanted to rent a 125ccm scooter, having an european driver license A, which would be for a full sized motorbike. Got told that with this license I can't rent the way smaller scooter, as for this scooter an A1 license is needed. As a rental agency, the employee should know that A1 is included in A. Trying to push me to get a way more expensive atv, I told them that I would then go to another place, and suddenly it was OK for me to rent the 125cc. Overall, really unfriendly staff. When I returned the scooter later that day and wanted to take some pictures (I always take pictures at the start and end, to avoid false claims), we got rude comments from another employee.

Dennis is suck. Do not rent any car or motor here. The boss has no credit. We rent a motor and it's break. The boss ask us to call a track to take the motor back cost 70 euro .He sad returns us 70 euro.But he didn't. No one should rent a motor from a boss without any credit.

Rented originally a Cabrio which then was nowhere to be seen at the time of pickup. Switched to a Suzuki Jimny just to get a car... The poor Jimny had a defunct 4WD gearbox and was stuck in 4WD plus locked differential, not a pleasure to drive. Breaks were not really good but ABS worked (lucky for us). Tires were terrible as well as expected, going 30 km/h made Fast + Furious tiresounds ? Overall condition of the car was bad, trimmings to close the roof and fabric backcover not working at all, interior used and looked like 200k km. On the plus side it had heated seats (for whatever reason). When closing the passenger door the side panel felt off, as the majority of the pins holding this were still in the door and not the panel and not broken I guess this was not the first time happening and not properly fixed the last time. I did not bother fixing it myself and just put it in the car. When returning Dennis accused me then of hitting a wall when opening the door and that's why it fell off. I told him what happened, he did not believe me and said he was 'unhappy'. Next time maybe rent cars in good conditions so you get back cars in good conditions. Renting bad and receiving good does not really work. Would therefore not recommend, not due to the condition of the car as it is Greece but due to the behaviour of the owner. Go somewhere else for better maintained vehicles instead and pay a bit more.

We rented both a quad and a car on the main street of Laganas. We were CLEAR we needed the quad at 09:00 but they delivered it almost at 10:00, resulting in us MISSING the starting hour for one of our activities. When we arrived to take the quad, there was a guy REMOVING FUEL from it, which was then given to us completely empty if not for that small amount needed to reach the nearest gas station. When I asked about fuel they said "you give the quad back the same as you take it". They KEEP FOR THEMSELVES all remaining gas in the fuel tank each time a quad or car returns! Also when we were paying they said we could add a full CASCO insurance by paying 10 euro/day while at the moment of delivery they magically forgot how to speak english and had me talk to some random guy on the street to do the translation. When you rent a vehicle here be ready to pay extra for this kind of sketchy practices. Overall unfriendly, disrespectful and unprofessional staff. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
