Το προσωπικό δεν επαρκεί και υπάρχει μεγάλη καθυστέρηση στις εργασίες που γίνονται μέσω του ηλεκτρονικού συστήματος. You have to have a lot of patience and enough time to serve. The staff is not sufficient and there is a great delay in the work done through the electronic system.

Τέτοιους υπαλλήλους να τούς χαίρεστε ! So I went to get a name certificate for my number and my student cut me off m @ € @ # @ he says as if he puts them out of his pocket! Rejoice such employees!

J	Jonas Bürgi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wanted to buy a Sim-Card. Got the price of 15€ quoted. Agreed on that. After that they told me for the sim to work, they need to make changes to my phone, and that would cost another 17.90. I asked a bunch of follow up questions, told them I travelled to X amount of countries, and never had to do that. Pretended to look stuff up on the phone. Then all of a sudden they offered me to do it for free. Gave the guy in charge my phone, he scrolled around in the settings (in German) but from what I saw, he didnt really do anything. Turns out some people at this shop just tried to scam a tourist for 17.90€. Didnt work.
