★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τουλάχιστον απαράδεκτοι και βαριούνται τις ζωές τους. Χρειαζόταν να τους δείξω ένα δημόσιο έγγραφο (ταυτότητα, διαβατήριο κλπ) για να κάνουν την ταυτοπροσωπια αλλά δε δεχόντουσαν το δίπλωμα οδήγησης το οποίο ηταν το μονο που είχα πάνω μου. Προφανώς δε το χρειάζονταν για σκαναρισμα ή κάτι παρόμοιο απλά μονο να εξακριβωσουν ότι όντως είμαι εγώ. Ο υπάλληλος που προφανώς βαριόταν να δουλέψει εκείνη τη στιγμή απλά τα μασαγε και έλεγε αερολογίες του στυλ "θέλω ταυτότητα" χωρίς να απαντάει όταν τον ρωτούσα για ποιο λογο τη θέλει ενώ δεν την εχω από τη στιγμή που η εξακρίβωση των στοιχείων μου γίνεται και έτσι. Προφανώς για την αστυνομία και τα δικαστηρια το δίπλωμα οδήγησης είναι αρκετό αποδεικτικό εξακρίβωσης στοιχείων, αλλά για τους πασαδες της Vodafone όχι
 At least they are unacceptable and bored with their lives. I needed to show them a public document (ID, passport, etc.) to make the IDs but they did not accept the driver's license which was all I had on me. Obviously they didn't need it for scanning or anything like that just to make sure they were me. The clerk who was obviously bored at the time was just massaging them and saying "I want identity" style aerologies without answering when I asked him why he wanted her while I didn't have her since my details were verified. Obviously for the police and the courts the driver's license is enough proof of verification, but for the Vodafone passers it is not

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Όχι μόνο είναι αγενής. Δεν είναι και σωστοί στην δουλειά τούς. Τουλάχιστον 5 φορές έχουν κάνει λάθος τα ρέστα. Έχουν ξεγελάσει ηλικιωμένο μπροστά μ....
Έχουν πολύ άσχημη συμπεριφορά απέναντι στους πελάτες τους. Σε άλλο φιλικό μ πρόσωπο του πήραν τα λεφτά του είπα ότι δεν γινόταν εκείνη τη στιγμή να γίνει η συναλλαγή. Και όταν πήγε μετά από δυο-τρεις μέρες να πάρει την απόδειξη του τον έβρισαν και του είπαν ότι ποτέ δεν είχαν συναλλαγή μαζί του....
Είναι Απαράδεκτοι και τραμπουκήζουν τον κόσμο.
Not only is she rude. They are not right in their work. At least 5 times they have made the wrong change. They have fooled an elderly man in front of me ....
They have a very bad attitude towards their customers. I took the money from another friendly person and told him that the transaction was not possible at that time. And when he went after two or three days to get his receipt, they found him and told him that they had never had a deal with him ....
They are unacceptable and thwart people.

Another I asked from the employee in the store and another request sent the company completely different .......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most professional Vodafone store in Patras region. I am their client over 15 years now, since their shop on Georgiou Sq. and I can't recall a situation when they were unable to find solution for my needs. The prices are fixed all over the Vodafone network but with these guys you get the premium of the outstanding customer-oriented business approach. Even though I am not the biggest fan of the Vodafone itself, I am still with Vodafone only because I have this reliable dealer in my city and get my problems solved every time. I would really recommend them for busy guys looking for headache-free support.

technical service sucks.
For a example , i live 500m away from their shop and they couldnt solve my internet problem from TWO WEEKS, that only need a refresh on my phone line. ! Jeez... too slow...too unprofessional solutions on that issues.. But they are good when they ask you the money for 1 month, when you havent internet the half of that.. Haha pathetic politic.
