After taking the wrong ferry they accommodated a new pick up time for me with no problem. We had an issue with the car but they were also quick to settle. Would definitely recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst service ever! I have never seen such arrogance and rudeness. We were told and I quote:”To shut up and leave”. The Russian woman that works with the clients is the worst. We were told that we can have a car for two days for 50 euros and then suddenly she said the opposite and started to shout at us. That place ruined my day and memories of Heraklion.
