I am doing yoga with Thalassa Lenio for the last 12 years and it's always a favourite and cherished moment of the week, to be at the studio and just think of nothing else but here and now, and follow Thalassa into the journey... Amazing yoga can only be taught by amazing people, and Thalassa Lenio definitely is one of them: the happiest, most fulfilled person you will ever meet. Don't miss her class!
