 As a beginner in yoga, Konstantina made me feel like a member of the ensemble with appropriate moves for my level. I highly recommend the Yoga & Sri team if you are a beginner or advanced in yoga. I attach a photo from last year's event! Thank you!!!

I thoroughly enjoyed every class and the guidance and support I received was invaluable. Its also really good value for money. Highly recommended!

Stefanos and Konstantina are driven by the need to help others truly connect with their inner selves and turn the practice into a truly nourishing experience for both body and mind.
The setup is amazing, very close to the beach and the way they approach the practice helps me kick start the day with peace and confidence. Truly grateful and highly recommended x
