I	Irene K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η ηλεκτρονική παραγγελία έχει γίνει από 7/12/2020 κι ακόμα δεν έχει παραδοθεί. Νομίζω τα λόγια είναι περιττά... Παρολαυτα, θα αναφέρω ότι η όλη επικοινωνία με τον "υπεύθυνο" του eshop δεν έχει οδηγήσει πουθενά. Η ευθύνη βαρύνει την Speedex μεν, αλλά η εταιρία Ζαχαριάς τελικά δεν επέλεξε άλλες διεξόδους για να με εξυπηρετήσει, παρόλο που άλλες εταιρίες αναζήτησαν άλλες λύσεις, τις οποίες και πρότεινα, π.χ. αποστολή εκ νέου της παραγγελίας με άλλη μεταφορική. Λυπάμαι πραγματικά, κυρίως γιατί τα παιδάκια δεν θα πάρουν εγκαίρως τα δώρα τους! Επιτέλους παραδόθηκε σημερα, 30/12/2020. The online order has been made since 7/12/2020 and has not yet been delivered. I think the words are unnecessary ... However, I will mention that all the communication with the "manager" of the eshop has not led anywhere. Speedex is responsible, but the company Zacharias did not choose other outlets to serve me, although other companies sought other solutions, which I suggested, e.g. re-shipment of the order by another shipping. I'm really sorry, mainly because the kids will not get their presents on time! Finally delivered today, 30/12/2020.

Διατάζει μια κοπελίτσα στο μαγαζί που την συγκεκριμένη την πέτυχα και ΠΡΩΙ και ΑΠΟΓΕΥΜΑ ΜΟΝΗ ΤΗΣ και της μιλούσε σαν να είναι σκουπίδι καθώς έτρεχε στο μαγαζί. Μια ´´κυρία ´´ η οποία βγαίνει για τσιγάρο και αφήνει τον υπάλληλο μέσα να τρέχει για να εξυπηρετήσει πράγμα αδύνατο με 3 πελάτες (αν και εγώ δεν είχα πρόβλημα) χαμογελαστή να κάνει ότι καλύτερο μπορεί. Πραγματικά δεν ξανά δίνω ούτε 0,60 λεπτά για γόμα σε αυτό το κατάστημα, που έχει τους υπαλλήλους του δούλος. ΑΙΣΧΟΣ ΚΥΡΙΟΙ ΑΙΣΧΟΣ αλλά θα γίνει καταγγελία για αυτό που κάνετε The lady who plays it and is in charge of the store is unacceptable. P	Panagiotis Koutalos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This historic toy store chain still retains some of its former glory, what with all the aisles perfectly arranged and great in-store aesthetics. The staff are very accommodating and the product range is more than satisfactory. The prices for some toys are higher than in their competitors, but I believe this is an unfair comparison. If you can afford to spare the extra few bucks, I think it's worth supporting them in these difficult times.
