The hosting and warmly welcoming are unique and it is coming directly from their hearts! Here in zen rocks, you truly find a sun kissed beloved environment with beautiful nature surrounding! High standards rooms, delicious food, well designed and love in details, 5 stars for cleaning, service And hosting, really for everything. If you want to do yoga and meditation even an retreat, I really can recommend this beautiful place and vivi as a teacher and mentor! Vivi has so much experience, she is a really passionate person who loves to teach yoga and wants to improve the skills of every person! I will come back definitely!

It’s hard to put into words just how wonderful Zen Rocks is. The pictures don’t quite do justice to the beauty and tranquility of the place. The rooms are wonderfully modern, the cocomat beds, incredibly comfortable, the food, delicious - and the view, mesmerising. But more than this, what makes Zen Rocks so very special is the people: Vivi, Eraj and their team, John and Gregorio who made our trip truly unforgettable, and we hope, become friends for life. I was lucky to be a part of one of the Zen Rock Retreats in October 2020. I was warmly welcomed and got to experience a strong bond and community that uplifted every aspect of the already powerful journey. Vivi, the multi talented host, teacher, and owner, created a very unique and exceptional retreat. The amazing staff (I won’t name all my new friends here), were caring to each want and need, that the hospitality felt homely yet professional at the same time. The experience has inspired me to do yoga full time. When I’m back in Greece I’ll be sure to visit everyone.

A Sesshin - Silent Zen Meditation with Healing Yoga Practice The Sesshin was an unbelievable experience to me. The set up at ZenRocks facilitates in a great way to totally dive in to that experience and let go of everything around you. The way Vivi gave us guidance during the whole process made it possible to totally engage into the practice. Out of my perspective as a coach in high performing professional team sport I consider that kind of experience as super beneficial for every kind of athlete. Taking time and space and allowing oneself to practice the way to silence the mind and listen to whatever the heart and body tells us is extremely powerful. It is a place where your whole system can finally breathe, where the body aligns and relaxes, the mind centers and sharpens and the soul feels at home. It is a place where deep wisdom is transmitted and can reveal itself from within. Vivi Letsou is one of the greatest teachers I have met so far on my journey of growth. Rarely have I found teacher that embodies the wisdom teachings so authentically while at the same time being fully present IN this world. Her background is rooted in different traditions ranging from Tantric Philosophy & Zen Buddhism to Hatha Yoga & Basi Pilates. Vivi is a teacher that masters both qualities of the spectrum of creation. She teaches and inspirers through strong dedication and precision as well as though the softness of love and compassion. All these qualities can be found in the infrastructure of Zen Rocks. The villas and rooms are designed with mindfulness and precision using natural and sustainable materials in the most aesthetic way. I can not imagine a more beautiful place for the practice as the yoga platform, the Zendo or the carefully designed zen garden. Everything at Zen Rocks radiates peace and to top it all, it is set in the most pristine land between old olive trees in the hills of Mani, just a couple of minutes away from picturesque beaches and old little villages. My time at Zen Rocks felt like home especially because of the heartwarming Greek and international staff and sweetest cats and dogs. After participating in the monthly Seshin meditation Retreat, I took part in the Deep Blue Yoga & Freediving Retreat with Vivi & Helge Lovskar. Wow! I could not speak or think higher of this place. During the 5-day retreat I spent there in May, all my expectations where exceeded. From the standard and comfort of the room, with thoughtful details and functionality, to the amazing open air practice space that gave the container for expansion and healing, as well as the nourishing food prepared by chef Olga and served with true heartfelt hospitality by staff and the very present owners of Zen Rock. It was overall a fabulous experience and I really look forward to being back again.
