Nana Princess Hotel - Crete

A memorable experience! Staff is so welcoming, friendly and nice, they made or stay to be perfect! Amazingly designed modern hotel, such a smart solution with gardens on top of roofs so from each room you only see the sea and beautiful green grass and flowers. Very good food, starting from breakfast and all day long. Nice private beach with comfortable tents and chaise-longs. But the highlight of our stay was the private swimming pool, our toddler enjoyed it especially!

Fantastic hotel venue with extremely well-maintained ambience, great restaurants and great staff. This complements and completes this fantastic hotel, confirms and underpins Greek hospitality in the finest way. Especially the 'Chief Beach Officer' - Mickail - is a very special and wonderful person who is representative for the hotel - thank you for everything. We will definitely be back!

This is by far the best hotel you can even imagine! The Staff is truly amazing, very kind and helpful in a natural way. They are always very happy and smiling :) The food is just excellent, no matter which restaurant or bufet you attend, you get delicious and high wuality food with a large vareity you can choose from. The room with the private pool is truly amazing, with lots of cool gadgets, facilities and very comfortable and relaxing. You can really enjoy the beautiful weather without being constantly observed like in other hotels. Is possible I would rate it 10/5 on google! We will definitely come back, as we have really travelled a lot to other countries and hotels, but have never been at such an incredible hotel like Nana Princess. Trust me - you really want to go here! You are the best guys! :)

Plenty to say about Nana Princess, all good. They started strong with a warm welcome - all the staff here treated us exceptionally well throughout our stay. No query was too trivial and they navigated us through our vacation very professionally and politely. Not only was this appreciated, but it relaxed us into the holiday very quickly (excellent) - some of the staff were truly lovely to us and it made it hard to leave! We both loved the facilities and the site - it's quite fantastic. Although at full capacity, you would never know it, the whole place is very private and quiet and immaculately clean. Lovely private beach and associated facilities, a protected beach as well ideal for swimming and families. Pool and beach services were very good, making it feel more like an extension to your room than an outside area. We used a good range of facilities, tennis (via the sister hotel), gym, watersports (skuba & others) and they were all good and zero fuss to organise through the reception. Restaurants were also good, the Eternal Blue seemed to have less traffic but has the best position by far and is a really pleasant way to have a slow dinner watching the sun go down. The hotel is also well positioned for transit or walk into nearby Stalida for a wider range of food for a more lively night out if you fancy ;) Security is also excellent, a fully gated and patrolled site, perfect if you've driven here or have a family. We would happily recommend Nana Princess, we're not generally beach go-ers, but this place was wonderful and really helped us unwind properly - thank you very much!

just left my stay in the nana and got to say was excellent. It was a gorgeous hotel with the greates service ever. I’ve stayed at many hotels yet this was by the far the best service! Our flight was delayed and they gave us late checkout without any question. I highly recommend this hotel probably the nicest hotel in crete. Although the staff were all amazing Kostas the bartender at the pool bar Was the greatest he researched for us all attractions in crete and helped us with everything we needed. His Bartending skills were also excellent making the best mixed drinks I’ve ever had! So I highly recommend this hotel!

Well designed Hotel with fantastic rooms, that clearly deserve the 5 star rating. One of the best rooms I stayed in. Stayed here a while ago in May 2019 for one week. Pros: - Great room and facilities, well designed with high-quality materials - Staff at the main pool was great and very friendly Cons: - Location is quite bad since you have to walk quite a bit to reach life. If you plan to just stay in the hotel then that’s fine for you - The food was not good. It seemed that the chef payed more attention to the looks than to the taste - The waiters were in parts not attentive. They served my pregnant wife food with mushrooms which she has an allergy against - after I ask clarifying questions when ordering the food. - The beach of the hotel was not cleaned well and in general not in the best shape. - To heat the private pool to a decent temperature you had to pay extra fees - The private pool is just private in terms of others cannot enter it. But once you are in there, you directly look into the rooms/onto the terrace of your neighbouring rooms We enjoyed our stay, but this was not the best 5 star hotel we stayed at and we probably don’t plan to visit here again.

I've been to many hotels and this one definitely ranks up there. Service is flawless. Rooms are modern and beautiful with the private pool. Only caveat is that they charge (a lot) for heating the pool.

Absolutely amazing experience. Such a great place to stay, super modern and clean and great to have the privacy of your own pool. All staff amazing and can't do enough for you. Would highly recommend to anyone
