★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service was fast and they were helpful. When I asked them if I could get my package though they told me that it would be delivered to the address I had given them. Something I had asked to be made aware of a few hours prior so I'd be home. I never got a phone call or any other indication of when and where I'd get it. Because other courier services either call you and tell you that they'll be there between a specific time frame or they call you and tell you that you have to go pick it up from the store. I had only been given the phone number of the offices in Athens.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I never write bad reviews. ACS is the worst courier in Greece. Extremely unprofessional and awful customer care. I have had multiple terrible experiences and I still thought I would give them a chance. Stay away!! There are other courier services that are honest, and they get the job done without losing your parcel or simply not deliver it or even failing to understand when you want a parcel to be delivered and do it. Try Geniki taxidromiki instead.
