★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτοι απλά...δεν υπάρχει περίπτωση να πάρεις τηλ κ να το σηκώσει άνθρωπος... ακούς την κλασικη μουσικουλα μπας σου καλμάρουν τα νεύρα κ ξαφνικά σε γειώνει το κέντρο τους έχοντας σε χρεώσει φυσικά που άνοιξε η γραμμή....
 They are simply unacceptable ... there is no way you can pick up the phone and have someone pick it up ... you hear the classical bass music, your nerves calm down and suddenly their center lands on you, having charged you of course when the line opened ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν ανήκω στην περιφέρεια που εξυπηρετεί το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα, ωστόσο πρέπει να αναφερθεί η εξυπηρέτηση του. Περίμενα να παραλάβω ένα δέμα στην Πολυκάρπη της Αλμωπίας, όμως έγινε κάποιο μπέρδεμα και βρέθηκε το δέμα στην περιοχή της Καστοριάς. Μου τηλεφώνησε μια υπάλληλος, ονόματι Ειρήνη και με ευγένεια μου εξήγησε το λάθος και πως θα διορθωνόταν άμεσα. Την επομένη παρέλαβα το δέμα μου, χωρίς καμία επιπλέον επιβάρυνση ή καθυστέρηση. Συγχαρητήρια, συνεχίστε την άριστη δουλειά !!
I do not belong to the district that serves the specific store, however its service must be mentioned. I was waiting to receive a parcel in Polykarpi of Almopia, but there was some confusion and the parcel was found in the area of Kastoria. An employee named Irene called me and politely explained the mistake and how it would be corrected immediately. The next day I received my parcel, without any additional charge or delay. Congratulations, keep up the great work !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πάντα ευγενική διανομέας και μας έχει παραδώσει πακέτο μέχρι και Σάββατο. Η ACS γενικά είναι κατά τη γνώμη μου η καλύτερη εταιρεία κουριερ, έχει πάντα ενημέρωση για το δέμα και σε ότι με αφορά δεν έχει καθυστερήσει ποτέ την παράδοση
Always polite distributor and has delivered package to us till Saturday. ACS is generally in my opinion the best courier company, it always has information on the parcel and as far as I am concerned it has never delayed delivery

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πριν ένα χρόνο είχα βάλει 5 αστέρια... Με τον covid άλλαξαν πολλά! Ότι παραγγελία έκανα ζητούσα αν γινόταν να έρθει με acs,πλέον όχι. Έχουν φτάσει σε σημείο να μην υπάρχει επικοινωνία,σε παίρνουν ένα τηλ και σ λένε είναι εδώ τους λες ωραία ποτέ θα το φέρετε,γίνεται συνεννόηση κ δεν το φέρνουν ποτέ. 2 παραγγελίες μου τις έστειλαν πίσω και με πήραν τηλ να με κάνουν παρατήρηση (από εκεί που παρήγγειλα) γιατί δεν πήγα να τις πάρω. Αν πας να γυρίσεις κάποιο δέμα π ήρθε από εξωτερικό ούτε π το αναλαμβάνουν. Κρίμα γιατί ήταν το Νο1 με διαφορά... Εύχομαι να γίνουν όπως ήταν..
A year ago I had put 5 stars ... With covid a lot has changed! Whatever order I placed I asked if it could come with acs, no more. They have reached a point where there is no communication, they take you on a phone and tell you it is here, you tell them it will be nice, you will never bring it, there is an agreement and they never bring it. 2 orders were sent back to me and they called me to make a remark (from where I ordered) because I did not go to get them. If you are going to return a parcel that came from abroad, they do not take it. Too bad because it was No. 1 by far ... I wish they were made as they were ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ένα δέμα ήθελα να στείλω. 13 ευρώ πλήρωσα , τους είπα ότι είναι εύθραυστο και μέχρι να το παραλάβουν είχε σπάσει το αντικείμενο μέσα. Απλά ντροπή
I wanted to send a parcel. I paid 13 euros, I told them that it is fragile and by the time they received it the item had been broken inside. Just a shame
